New Place Alert Place : The Nest Cafe The word cafe means a restaurant we generally get coffee or tea in addition to light snacks and refreshments and moreover it has a casual environment where we spent a leisure and quality time with our friends or partners... So basically this cafe is located near 8B Bus stand, Jadavpur at the top floor of the Bawarchi Building...... The ambience and view of this place is really amazing😍... It has a seating capacity of about 20 people at a time and the ambience would really attract the youth as it is a perfect place for photo freak to click pictures all day.... We tried some of their special dishes among which is a must try and the prices were also worth the food.... So We tried : √√ Black Beauty √√ Mango Blossom (Highly recommended) √√ Strawberry Martini √√ Grilled fish in lemon butter sauce (Highly recommended) √√ Grilled chicken mushroom pizza √√ American club sandwhich √√ Tetrazzini pasta spaghetti (Highly recommended) √√ Grilled chicken n steak pepper sauce So the most important part is the food.... The quality of the food and the quantity is worth the price of the food.... Now coming to the taste, the Mango Blossom was really the best mocktails among the three and as I am mango lover it was treat to have it.. And next thing the foods were really very tasty but specially the tetrazzini pasta spaghetti was really the best and show stopper dish from me though the sizzlers were also the same level tasty..... All the foods were really worth the price and tasty and I would definitely recommended all to visit such Instagram worthy cafe with your friends and enjoy their both...

Recently I visited @thenestcafe,which is located in Jadavpur.The place is well decorated.There are good sitting arrangements.There is a small counter for drinks and a pastry counter next to it where you can choose your favorite pastry.

So I tried there: •Black Beauty It was good. •Mango Blossom Its really tasted nice.Should try this. •Strawberry Martini They garnished it very well.Its also delicious. Now come to the food part, •Grilled fish in lemon butter sauce When it was served it was hot and there was smoke coming out of it. •Grilled chicken mushroom pizza Its good.Pizza was made with full of ingredients. •American club sandwhich There was 3 layers in the sandwich.They served it with French Fries.You would love this platter. •Tetrazzini pasta spaghetti Its also tasted good.Quantity was enough for two. •Grilled chicken n steak pepper sauce You will fall in love first when you see the way they present the food.

Now come to the dessert: •Butterscotch Pasty with Ice cream •Chocolate Pasty with Ice cream End of the food dessert is must.Both tasted good with the icecream.

Foods were delicious.Quanty was enough for 2 person.The staffs also well Behaved.

Had gone there on Saturday, expecting that it would be a cafe, as per the name of the place. But little did I know that it was more of a bar rather than a cafe or anything. Also, as per the description, the place is for the students. However, I really did not find the place conducive to "students" at all. Well, you can't call a hookah bar, a place for the students, can you? Or maybe you can, in this age. Ageing too fast, am I? LOL!

The environment is anything but quaint. Too much loudness everywhere. Be it the colour combination of the lights, the orientation of the seats, the choice of music (and videos being played on the projector) or the volume in which the songs were being played. A strict no no for me, who loves everything quaint.

Coming to the food, well I have to be honest, it was really good. All points to the chef for this. Be it the cafe latte, the garlic bread or the fish and chips, everything was really nice. Full points here. And also, the items were quite reasonable, when compared to similar places.

So to conclude, this place is definitely not a cafe, if we have to go by the standard definition and I would ask you to avoid it if you want to go somewhere to wind down with some quiet time. However, if party is on your mind and you have got your gang and you love your dose of hookah, then this...
