Cafe Florista — Restaurant in Kolkata

I visited this cafe yesterday with 2 of my friends, and I had the worst experience in my life. First of all the interior, it was good , insta worthy and the only thing which could save the cafe. Food :- we ordered penne pasta in mama rose flavour and crispy chilli baby corn classic. Coming to the taste the babycorn is very hard to chew (it maybe we are clicking selfies thats why it get soggy) and pasta is just average without salt. Now coming to management, totally rude staff I visited so many cafes , written so many reviews but this cafe management is literally poorest. If there is anything like negative rating I would like to give that to this cafe. One lady staff there (in pink shirt without blazer) have so much attitude that we are working there and she might be guest. She not only giving us attitude but force us to buy a 100 rs 1l water bottle because there ro is out of service(that's not my problem ig) when I insist that I won't take or open that bottle and give me glass I have my water she said outside water is not allowed. Totally horrible excuse. Not only this they gave us a seat that is something we don't like we don't have prior booking so we didnt said anything, but there staff is constantly invading our privacy because there are taking something from the back shelf again and again , then we request for a change and guess what? she can't gave us because thats the only table for 3 in the entire cafe. When I am talking about attitude I can sense why they have so much of it because they know they have a great Pr team and they can reach a group of customer by running insta ad. Not only this ,the dirtiest washroom i have ever seen the pay and use ones are literally better from this. Food :- we ordered veg margarita pizza, drums of chicken stick with Korean sauce and blerry blust shake . Coming to the taste the pizza is very hard to chew it feels like papad and drumstick is just average. Now coming to management, totally rude staffs. I visited so many cafes , written so many reviews but this cafe management is literally the poorest. If there is anything like a negative rating I would like to give that to this cafe. It's just near to westside , very insta worthy , pininteresty cafe. Coming to food , its was good. Ambience is full 10 on 10, staffs are soft spoken and polite. However coming to service , what I personally find is staffs lack little service etiquette, may be they are not taught well. Why I am saying this because I ordered a mojito, a lady staff came and kept the straw in my table with her bare hand. Next time when I again asked for an extra straw , a male staff came and handed over to me again in a same manner , now I have been to so many cafes where I found whenever any cutleries and straws were given , either they wear a glove in one hand or they wrap those things in a tissue and then place it over the table. Now these things are used to feed the food or take the drink , so being a staff he/she has to look around and touch many things. So handing over these things with bare hands doesn't look good.
