So 15th Of June 2024 I decided to host a party for my close friends (ladies and girl teens) of 17 people in total. I connected with Mantu Ghosh whose number I got through a very respectable person I knew from my acquaintances. Initially when I booked the place he suggested me a side place which I did not like and asked for a different place and he gave the mid section with 3 tables reserved for us. It was a Saturday Evening and the place was already over crowded. With the horrible Crowd Management skills, Ideally they should not have taken the booking of a celebration as we all are aware that any Madd celebration will have it's adequate amount of volume. The manager was ultimate rude and Mantu Ghosh is a liar with all his manipulations told the manager that he offered me a hall which I did not take ..which is so untrue that I didn't even know that the place has a separate hall. As I went through reference , i trusted his understanding of food Management however alas, he me over order main courses which was so much in extra. He was behaving as if some favour was done to me coz on a bulk celebration he offered 20% discount on the total bill amount which otherwise from dine out app I would have got more which I realised later. Now coming to the behavioural skills of the Manager ..he Initially told me that they r getting complaints from the other tables which were no less noisy..things went overhead when he approached guests and told the same in a very rude way..to top it all when asked for the owners number he said he is the highest authority to make decisions there and in the contrary called My referral person to complaint like we do in school.. like I said earlier they behaved as if they were doing a favour..they were only putting the food on the tables and not even serving them properly. Not only the two of them Mantu Ghosh and hid manager ruined my Birthday celebration they insulted my guests with no hotel management skills. Just because this was City's renowned restaurant does not mean they should not know basic skills of handling guests.

Awful experience so much so that after expending so much amount also I had to apologize to my guests just because of their unprofessional and illicit behaviour to a group of 17 ladies in total.

I recommend not to book them at all for any celebration until it is for your enemy.

Remember the Names Mantu Ghosh and the manager did not tell his name .He is a fair man most probably from North Eastern part of...

So this is the first time I’m going to give the most negative review in my life till now. This restaurant is one of the worst rated restaurant I have visited ever. First of all, they kept my three of the family members waiting just because they were three people only, until other three person would have reached, They kept them waiting for two hours. And the foods, they are providing not at all up to the mark, it’s very much overpriced, and the taste is just worthless. And most played the worst part is the service, they are very rude, They won’t respond to you until you call them for 10 th times , I failed the people who are working there, not at all working with their good mood, happy mind because they all seems very unhappy and not at all very kind to serve the customers. They take too much time to deliver the food and also the quality of the food is very bad. The mocktails, they are too bad. I will never ask any of my close people or just normal friends to visit here because it’s just overrated and overpriced for the situated place where it is. There are many other places where the foods quality will be amazing and also the price will be lesser than this place, but with a luxury ambience. And also, there are many place where the price will be same like this restaurant, but the taste and the ambience will make you feel more rich and luxury, and also the people who will serve you. You will feel very warmed with their behaviour. In this restaurant, I just felt they are just doing business and taking the money, but not at all sharing, love, and kind to the people who are going there. And in Google review, I feel there are many fake reviews they have asked for, so it’s providing 4.4 rating or else it only...

Hey Guys, If you have ever visited Kolkata, or will visit in forthcoming days then don't miss to cost TungFong Restaurant at Parkstreet Jockstrap. It is bit expensive but you will be satisfied with the quality of Recipe you get there.I was in second year when I went to this Restaurant for the first time. I was accompanied by my brother and some bonhomie. Avery senior brother among our group hosted a party on the occasion of his engagement and so he invited us.I was not willing at first but somehow my friends forced me to go.Let keep tell you, whatever and which ever beverages you have heard till date you will find over here. For a glass of drink they charge pretty well. Normal price is 500Rs + . Different Chinese, Tibetans, Nepali, Italian, continental, seafood etc appetites you can experience here.The environment inside the restaurant is very good not conjusted at all. If you wanna host a party different room is there and in a table at least 20 people can sit together and have food. We were 26 in numbers during that time. I still think the total bill of all the things we had that day were more than 1 Lang.Delicious pork, Manchurian, prawn and baby tortoise are the famous recipe. I like to keep on changing my taste so when ever I go out, then I try usually new foods. I suggest you all, those who can afford the cost and wanna chill , then Tung Fong is for you.
