I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fusion Fantasea restaurant multiple times, and I must say it has become one of my favorite places to indulge in seafood, tribal cuisine, and Arabic fusion food. This restaurant truly knows how to create a memorable dining experience.

The seafood dishes at Fusion Fantasea are simply outstanding. The Chilli mili octopus is a spicy and flavorful dish that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. The ghee roast octopus is another must-try, with its rich and aromatic flavors. And let's not forget the koli wada squid, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

For those looking to explore tribal cuisine, Fusion Fantasea offers a range of delectable options. The bamboo biryani is a unique and delicious dish that is cooked to perfection. The jhupu pisi mutton is another standout, with its tender meat and flavorful spices. And if you're in the mood for something different, try the red rice - jadoh or the bansh pora mutton with shoru chakli.

My friends were pretty excited for the Bamboo Biryani here and I was also intrigued by the idea. So, we went and tried out both variations of the Bamboo Biryani (Chicken and Mutton) alongside Butter Chilly Fried Squid and Lava Goast Mutton.

I have heavily mixed feelings about this restaurant. The space is themed after the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. That's a unique approach and I liked that. However the food was a completely different story.

The Bamboo Biryani tasted great for the Mutton preparation and decent for the Chicken preparation. The Butter Chilly Fry Squid tasted good and the Lava Goast Mutton tasted great.

It wasn't the taste or quality of the food I had a problem with. It was the quantity and the price they were asking for that quantity.

The Lava Goast Mutton is six small meatballs and a small amount of gravy which costs ₹550. I mean they do light a fire around the pot, but for that amount of money, the quantity should have been more.

The Bamboo Biryani's quantity was also quite low. It is barely enough for one person. We split two biryanis between three people and it wasn't enough. It's an exotic cuisine, I get it. But, I wish the quantity was more for the price (₹550 for Mutton Biryani and ₹450 for Chicken Biryani).

The Butter Chilly Fry Squid was ₹480 and this was more acceptable to me. The quality was good and the quantity was close to what I expected for a cuisine like this.

Food quality according to price is good Sea food starter is mainly what people must go for. Bamboo biryani quantity is sufficient for one person including 4 pieces of mutton( small size) Squid and octopus starter are extremely delicious.Every each item was tasty and good quantity... Bamboo biriyani and Lava ghost chicken is must try. At the Shasi kheer made the lunch complete..Great place and ambience. Very good hospitality, behavior and service.
