Tea Junction Lake Road — Restaurant in Kolkata

We found a little piece of plastic type packet's remnant which was floating on the tea. You can trust me on that even if I didn't post photo. What kind of quality maintenance is this? For that much price this is sure carelessness of maintaining cleanliness and not looking after foreign particles which can stay anywhere near the cooking area or in area of preparation and can hamper food quality. I ordered Tea via Zomato before, but didn't find a single foreign particle but, this time after seeing this, even after paying this much to enjoy Tea, I must say that I'm disappointed and the good quality Tea got bad in it's quality. Staffs should have a high quality hygiene maintaining training so that they can learn, how to keep it pure, nice, clean, hygienic, high quality maintained protection giving in protection of food while cooking and not cooking (Storing Food And Washing Without Dirtying...

I will say that the outlet of the junction is good some foods are available there only. Like burger, Maggie and wraps. This food are not available in other outlets of tea junction. And the ambience is good also and you can dine in there because chair and table is available in that outlet. But where it hurts is the behaviour of the staffs, as they are not so attentive, they don't come near the table to take the order, we have to ask for the sugar pouch every single time, we have to call same several times and then they come near table, and some name problem is that don't have any change for payment. Customer every time even they have changed in their counter. State told customer to go out for bringing change to them. Please fix this issue as possible, as customer is God for any shop. Having repeatedly asked for the CHEW bubbles instead of the Popping ones for the bubble tea, the workers there refuse to follow instructions. It's difficult to understand how one makes the same mistake every time. If one doesn't know how to make a particular thing, he/she should simply admit it without blatantly agreeing to do it.
