Worst Experience. We went to this restaurant 10.10.2021 At 8:00pm. Firstly, They weren't switching on the air condition fully and as the weather was Humid we were getting drenched in sweat however after raising our voices to leave the place if they dont switch on the acs they did it finally. Now coming to the order point we gave the order of 2 Spaghetti Pastas and 2 plates of Chicken wings and 1 hookah as the air conditioned was not working properly we asked them to decrease the order into 2pastas and hookah as usual and cancel the chicken wings or pastas anyone of them but they said as 5mins have passed we cannot cancel the order okay I can understand now but I think one order they could have easily decreased... Thirdly while eating pasta my sister found a male hair in the pasta when we complain and showed them the manager simply came and said it's fallen after we served...anyways we didn't replace the order however we paid the full amount instead. Fourthly. they charged Packaged Drinking water of 1 ltr Kinley bottle which we ordered two Rs.79.0.... And when asked why will we pay more than the amount wriiten in the bottle as per rule of goverment they simpley repliedthis is pur GSTIN number in the bill you can raise the issues at the higher authority. Anyways rating the food I would give Chicken wings 2.5 put of 5 as the preparation was good but the chicken was hard. Pasta I didn't taste so I can't comment on that however she said pasta was fine but the only issue was the extra ingredients which was given spoilt the entire mood of all of us . I would suggest no to go to waste your money coz 2 pastas and 2 chicken wings and 1 small hukkah costed us Rs.2000. Total...

So, I am currently present in this restaurant while writing this review. I have never experienced a restaurant with such a bad atmosphere in my life. We visited around 11pm and ordered 2 beers. The items wer delivered at 11.20pm and they said the last order is at 12am. We said its fine. Around 11.40pm when we asked to open the second beer and serve it, the owner asked us for a surety that we will complete the beer by 12am.I said how can one give such a absurd surety? The owner replied that this is only the rule. So we had to return the beer. Even for the food, they asked for a surety that we will be able to complete the food by 12. Coming to food quality, its not bad , but below average. Another shocking instance that happened, is a lady visited the restaurant with her child, as the child needed to visit the restroom. The owner literally denied access to the restroom and asked them to leave which is totally against supreme court guidelines. The place is good, cozy, comfortable and gives an Italian feel. The food is equally good.

However the service is not up to mark and in a way illegal. Honorary Supreme Court mandates restaurants to provide free water to its customers. Codfather doesn't follow it. They provide only bottled water at the restaurant rate plus service charge. You're not allowed to carry your own bottle either.

If you find this restaurant on Zomato Gold/ Dineout, beware! I went here and they denied accepting Gold one on one or Dineout payments. It was during Durga Puja. Also they had changed their menu with extra pricing on every item.

So all in all, I had to wait. I was not allowed to carry water. I was denied free water either. I could not apply Zomato Gold for an extra dish. I also could not pay using Dineout. And I paid extra for all items which are available for less on other days.

I acknowledge food was good but can't compensate for other demerits of the restaurant. Please ask your staff not to insist on tipping too. Tipping...
