I visited this place for the first time and my experience was so very disappointing. We understand that it was a Sunday and we had to wait and that is ok but when we are waiting we expect the chronological order to be followed. When we reached the place one group was waiting and we were second in the list. While waiting other families also turned up and we were all asked to wait till now it is going fine. We made it clear that we are ok to wait but we would prefer sitting inside and we were given consent as well not that in the beginning they mentioned that they would not be able to arrange a place inside. We ordered meanwhile but mentioned please serve when they can arrange a table inside the Cafe till now also nothing was mentioned. Later on after maybe waiting for 45 mins we checked with the attendant that if any table is vacant or not or when can we expect that to happen. The attendant smiled and said that thy are so full and many other families with 6 members have also come so if can sit outside only its so difficult to arrange a table inside. Every restaurant or Cafe follows a chronological order and it is not our lookout that someone is coming with a family. They took us for granted that ok if we are group of friends we are bound to adjust because someone has a larger family and that too after placing the order and it was also not like they mentioned this in the beginning. So after fighting it out and mentioning clearly we are not interested in having food if we cannot sit inside. Now comes the service, it was so pathetic and yesterday everyone almost all of us would agree. They took hours to attend you and when we were served the food it was all cold. So this food was prepared and they wanted to serve this outside when we strictly said that we cannot have have it here and that was only served inside, they did not even care to heat it. So if you are serving the cold food they why you took ages !!! Still they goofed up a lot but their behaviour was apoligetic except that only lady in black. She was an attendant and she was so frustrated that she was shouting at the top of the voice not bothering about the guests around. she was rude oblivious reluctant to serve work. She knows zero about hospitality. 4.their excuse was this is happening because of weekend please come on a weekday. I mean are you hearing yourself??it is better shut this down go home and sleep.
In all it was very frustrating overall and neither am I going to visit nor recommend this...

The place was not so much crowded and few people came with their friends and families which can be easily managed by each and every restaurant taking into consideration a 2 or 3 star restaurant. We ordered food at around 11:50 pm and since then we waited for nearly 2 hours and then the food came , now regarding the food, paying around 500 rupees to 600 rupees per food the food was blunt, it had no taste and it was disgusting even I cook better food than their chef, the quantity of the food was very little and also incomplete food was served, now coming to the service.. it was very much poor and disgusting and disrespectful, the staffs behaviour was rude and they were not knowing which order is going to which table and they were completely lost and when said that "You are serving our food to different tables and after waiting for more than 2 hours their staff said - Why are you confusing us ? " They owners came down and they tried to confront us by saying that we are in pressure at the moment but we had our mind lost after hearing that from their staff.
Now I would want to say to their owner and staff that your service was very poor, your staff's behaviour towards their customers were very rude and inappropriate and the foods are disgusting as hell and wait time was unimaginable. All in all it was a big 0(Zero)and disgusting as hell.
Please close down your cafe and first learn to take lessons on how to manage Cafe with dining facility on it...

Well, I have been visiting CABIN 17A for the past 2 years. We visited the cafe since the day it opened and along with me 7 of my friends are regular customers ordering food, which, when accumulated would cross 20k a month.
Grabbing a cup of coffee from here was like a ritual we all followed, so much so that the owner ARINDAM, became a very close friend.
But who knew that people running a business that depends on hospitality, good will and proper etiquettes doesnāt understand that and lands up badmouthing loyal customers for sitting more than an hour, calling it, ā blocking tablesā, āKaaj korar jayegaā just like that, even if you are paying for the blocked table!
All that positive feedback that you see is a sham, it doesnāt not exist. We all know in the era of INSTAGRAM INFLUENCERS, throwing a few pennies would do the job! Starting from over-intrusive employees (Specifically-SANCHITA) who cannot remember orders to filthy owner behaviour, we have witnessed the drastic downfall of this cafe! How can a cafe house customers when it cannot even retain employees more than 2 months?
Itās not even worth it! If you want rather go to a cafe who can offer you ambience, class, and good trained employees and OWNER!
