We recently had the pleasure of dining at Hatari Grillz, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Dean, whose promptness and genuine kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone with such sweet gestures and a naturally warm demeanor.

As for the food, everything we ordered was a delight to the taste buds. Our group tried the Red Hot Pork Sizzler, Paprika Lamb Sizzler, Grilled Chicken Steak, BBQ Grilled Chicken, Earl Grey Tea, and Blueberry Mojito. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.

Absolute disgrace in the name of Hatari. I would like to start by informing that while entering we were not even greeted while other customers were, that too gracefully. Now this may not seem like a big deal to some of you but ordering the food and waiting for 1 hour without even being informed about the delay and a proper reasoning for the same was definitely a bummer. The service while being slow was also extremely terrible and staffs especially the head waiter seemed to be extremely irresponsible. Food was average however the experience as a whole was pathetic. To top it off, favoritism is definitely one of their coping mechanisms. As right after we ordered, a young man(most probably known to the staffs) came in and was given a top notch service while we were stranded and were expected to keep our cool even when we saw him being served with an extra sunny side egg.
