While the sweets by themselves are wonderfully and delightfully tasty... It's the sense of hygiene that puts off one by miles. All kinds of sandesh shaped in varied forms can be found there, including some flavoured to taste slightly like mangoes, and coloured like one. There are also Sandra that have shapes starting from a standard round, to a square to.one that is shaped like a conch... ))
There are pedas of all shapes and sizes. The most popular being one used for Pujas. Conch shape is the divinely popular one.
Mishti Doi, sweet curd, is once again very very popular. And lives up to its reputation.
The hygiene certainly need a major overhaul. At least the sweets can be picked up.using a plastic glove instead of the same bare hands that have been to places, that God alone knows.

Basically they lack common sense or are lackadaisical with their packing. The food is as good as it can get, but if u need intelligent packing, or a specific division of the stuff in different boxes, go to the shop and NEVER order online.
I wish they were a little more caring towards the packing of their online orders.
God bless them and make them more online customer friendly.
I love their nolen gurer rasgolla, nolen gurer makha sandesh and the phulkopir...
