BAD BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF- KESTOPUR BRANCH
This is the worst ever Bad experience I had in my Life in a FOOD outlet, that too from WOW MOMO. I have visited Kestopur outlet on 8th Octobber and the Order Counter was completely empty and the Staff was having a chat on his Mobile. I was told to wait. He kept me waiting for 5 Mins and then another Customer arrived. When the customer shouted he took that customers order and didn't even bothered to take my order while I was waiting patiently. This is absolutely very insulting. I hope WOW MOMO Management shudn'tforget their roit and wer they have arrived today thtguys delivering food on free. U guys r charging for the same. I am at the moment standing in front of this outlet and facing a terrible time of my lifetime
My office has a tie up since 1st of Oct this year and it's valid for the coming one year but unfortunately the lady was not aware of that next the billing she made was terrible
There after she said that she has billed more hence so she returned me money in cash although I paid through card
Moreover she again made mistake and upon asking her for an explanation of the bill she said I have to wait till their store manager comes.
At this point of time I am waiting for their manager to arrive with my take away ready and as she said she may returned the money but announced that she will keep the bill with her.

🫰 Experience- the price of momos are extremely high so that we have to wait for Wednesday and swiggy - Zomato will provide offers of 99. These ordered momos are not so flavourful but you don't have any choice. After launching momo mania (69 rupees for 5 momos) you can seat in wow momo cafe come outlet and enjoy the taste. Just like the same I have tried chicken momo mania which is 69/- and taste is very delicious 😋.
