Though I can not confirm the authenticity of the cuisine other than the Bhutanese cuisine, as I have not tried the authentic version of them. But, I can say without any doubt that the food tasted different and was surprisingly pleasant to the taste buds at the same time. We tried three of their starters viz., Choila, Shapta, and Chicken kothey momo. Chicken kothey momo was so juicy that juice oozed out of it while biting. As per my opinion Shapta is must try item though all of them were good.
In main course, we ordered Jadoh with Chicken, tinmo, tshoem datchi (Bhutanese), kokra ko ledo (Nepalese chicken curry). One thing to note here is that the portion size of main course is not up to the mark. It will hardly satisfy a single person's appetite.
In desert we tried jangora ke kheer and yomari. Jangora kheer was ok but yomari tasted really awesome.
If there was a option to rate it as per value for money, I would rate it 2.5/5.
