I recently dined at Kang-La-Chen, and I had an exceptional experience! It is located in the heart of the leh market on the first floor. Highly recommend trying their Veg momos; they were incredibly delicious. The food overall was outstanding, leaving me eager to come back for more. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. The owner was also kind and respectful, often checking in with guests. The ambience was fantastic, with a lively environment that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean and maintained good hygiene standards. Soft Tibetan songs playing in the background added a soothing touch to the whole experience. To top it all off, the prices were very affordable, making it a great spot to have a lunch/dinner after spending the day in the market.
