I recently visited a coffee shop, and I must say, I was quite impressed with my experience. Firstly, the ambience in the café was excellent. The cozy and inviting atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy some coffee.
One of the things that stood out to me was the quality of their coffee. They use fresh beans to brew their coffee, and it truly makes a difference. The taste was rich and full-bodied, which I appreciated as a coffee enthusiast.
I decided to try their hazelnut cappuccino, and it did not disappoint. The hazelnut flavor was just perfect, not too overpowering, and it added a delightful twist to the traditional cappuccino.
Lastly, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile when you walk into a café.
Overall, my experience at this coffee shop was great. The ambience, fresh coffee beans, delicious hazelnut cappuccino, and friendly staff all contributed to a wonderful visit. I'll definitely be returning for more coffee...
Read moreRecently i visited o Phoenix mall wakad where i was sitting for online work at Starbuks for few hours and then post lunch at foodcourt i was passing by and saw this third wave coffee cafe and thought to sit there for rest of my work in the open area where not even a single person was sitting, suddenly an employee of the third wave coffee comes in and says that as per instruction only the third wave customers are allowed to sit here and so we were bound to leave as i dont wanted to order anthing but just work....I want to understand when i was sitting at star buks without bothering for any order and this TWC have open this community space for their privte customers in an open community space is this right? I mean how can an open community space be a private space? Personaly i did not like this policy of such a renowned brand who does not respect people where they belong to. Or the people who may be there future clients. Pathetic experience and disrespecteful as well....Wont ever prefer this brand nor will i receomend...

As a regular customer, I expect consistency and basic attention to instructions, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
I clearly mentioned I wanted a takeaway and even requested an extra shot of espresso. However, the ground staff neither understood my instructions in English nor in Hindi. As a result, my drink was first prepared in a glass, and when I reminded them it was for takeaway, they simply dumped the frappe upside down into a cup instead of making it properly. On top of that, the extra shot of espresso I specifically asked for was ignored.
Presentation, quality, and service matter just as much as the taste, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable for a premium café like Third Wave. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training to ensure better service...
