Pizza Hut | Amanora Mall, Pune — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I visited Pizza Hut after seeing their promotional offer displayed on screen, but to my surprise, the staff refused to take orders for that very offer. To make things worse, they didn’t even have the ingredients to prepare a medium pizza—which is a basic expectation.

Instead, they asked me to buy two personal pan pizzas as a substitute. This felt more like upselling than a genuine solution. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you're going to advertise offers, at least honor them or inform customers in advance about unavailability.

Really expected better from a brand...

Location is best for such outlet totally spoiled by the quality of food. Margarita was too oily, shabby. Average taste of other 2. Serious introspection is needed to avoid customer dis satisfaction.
