I had placed an order on 2nd of August directly from good flippins website. This was from mira roads branch. They couldn’t deliver my order cause they didn’t have any delivery person. Firstly they shouldn’t have accepted the order if there were no delivery people. But nevertheless, I spoke to a lady and she told me that the refund will be processed and received within 7 days. Now todays its 14th of august and i have not yet received the refund yet. Now if this isnt disappointing enough just read the rest. I called today to check why isnt the refund processed yet. There was a guy on the call i explained him that the order placed on 2nd august and today is 14th its more than 7 days and his reply was “Sir payment refund hojata hai”, agar hojata toh mai call kyu karta??? And after that he said “Sir abhi bhot order hai mai aapko batata hu’ and hung up on the call. What a pathetic service. They should definitely get an H.R or a Trainer who can hire decent people and train them on how to do customer service. However much I love the burger cause of this experience i might start to skip this joint. Also keeping in mind that I have still payed around 800 rupees for something that i did not received. So its for everyone please avoid this food outlet of mira road. Maybe the others are nice but not this one. Also they just have an automated response for every query. And its been 4 days now and no respond on...

Order: the thrilla burger, mango shake, fries , very peri hot wings. The thrilla burger was a deep fried chicken patty with red cabbage, white cabbage coleslaw and sauce on the bun. There was no flavour To this burger nor was it juicy apart from the patty and coleslaw the burger had nothing more to offer. The very pery hot wings were varied in experience some of the wings wer really juicy and tender while some were dry and Inedible. The mango shake was the highlight of the meal the only concern being it was too small. The fries wer soggy and not seasoned at all but the the truffle sauce saved the day. In all a disappointing meal after all that I’ve heard about good flippin burgers. Will give the Borivali branch another try to see if it’s the location that was not up...

Service was quick. Instead of ordering from their window, used their website for the combo offer.

However, the website showed extra ketchup packets for ₹3. But I asked the server and she gave me packets for free. Weird.

I liked the malad west outlet as it had AC. Mira rd outlet has outside sitting with 4 tables, 4 chairs each. Would love an AC outlet in mira rd as well.

Cluckinator was delicious. Juicy chicken. The burger sauce reminded me of McDonald's sauce. And soft buns.

However, the atomic tenders were dry, from the inside and outside. Chicken was overcooked. It was spicy but again, reminded me of malvani / koliwada...
