My aunt is currently in ICU so we are there at the hospital for full day. On 30 th Nov we didn't have food since morning and requested the lady to give us something to eat, see ignored our request and responded in a rude manner. Really bad behaviour of the female staff. She said it's last day of month and we are taking inventory count, orders are closed

Machine was not working, whenever you ask for bun maska they don't have

They will give you the tea which in flask, not freshly made.

I am tea post fan. But My experience at this outlet was bitter. I went around 3 pm. I asked tea with mint and illaichi. I was told mint has finished. I compromised for ginger with illaichi. Then I was told, tea is ready made. I insisted for fresh tea to be made. The madam at the counter told, there will be extra charges for tea made separately. There was no such mention on the menu on display. I argued why separate charge over and above the menu price and I come to tea post that tea will be made fresh and separately as per my flavor. When I strongly disputed, she had to agree. But the experience was unexpected...

I am a regular teapost customer. However the service I received today was awesome. Yesterday I ordered as usual from tea post from Borivali outlet. However, the food wasn't fresh and I raised complaint for the same. The next day I got a call from Tea post Mira bahayander outlet and they rectified their fault and provided me new fresh order and made me feel so special. THANK YOU tea post for understanding the value of a regular customer ordering from you. I Really felt valuable customer.
