The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

I had made the payment from my credit card but transaction failed and the amount was debited from my account. So I made the payment again to have my waffle. The person told me to wait until 48 hours and took my phone number and the transaction id. I waited for 4 days but didn't receive the refund nor the call. At the end of 4th day I went to there where by mistakenly he mentioned that they had already received the money but the person didn't bother to call nor initiate a refund process.

I am not sure what kind of values is this organization holding. I am extremely disappointed as a customer and will make sure I will not recommend belgian waffle to anybody futher on.

Although it was merely a small amount but what matters is the ethics and integrity of any organization. Which is surely lacking with in this case. Either ways I hope this won't happen to any...

I recently visited the Belgium Waffle store at Sheetal Nagar and while the waffles were decent and consistent with what you'd expect from the franchise, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff were professional and the seating area looked nice at first glance.

However, the major issue was the mosquitos flying around everywhere. We had to change seats, but it didn’t help. It’s disappointing to see a reputed franchise like Belgium Waffle failing to maintain basic hygiene. Even with a mosquito killer installed, it didn’t seem effective at all.

I wouldn’t recommend dining here due to this issue. Ordering online might seem like an alternative, but with such a mosquito problem in the store, it raises questions about hygiene....

I had two vastly different experiences with The Belgian Waffle Co., one walk-in and one online order. My first visit was in-person; the wait was 22 minutes, but the waffle was absolutely delicious—definitely a 10/10 experience shared with my family.

However, my experience with their online platform was disappointing. The delivery took 28 minutes, which was acceptable, but the waffle itself was a letdown. Despite having the same packaging and appearance, the waffle tasted old and soggy. Worse, my child had loose motions after eating it.

For online orders, I give The Belgian Waffle Co. 1 star. If you want to enjoy their food, I recommend wasting your time and fuel to visit the store in person, as the quality of their home deliveries is...
