The Great China — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

Visited in April 2023, can say from many orders that they have not been able to keep their quality or service upto the mark. Had ordered chicken chilly wings, after opening the parcel it was not at all tasteful and wing was mostly skin upon splitting the piece it was smelly, upon returning the parcel I was given the reason that it was frozen and hence it was like this. But I would say that if you knew it is frozen and your cook is unable too cook it properly then do not accept the order or simply just suggest some other dish. I was then said that only lollypop is fresh so took it in galic sauce which was still alright but not "GREAT". I have had lollypop from nukkad chinense which were more soft,less skinny and tasty then this. Upon confiming that if this lollypop would be good,the Madam there said "I gave you the parcel now you open it and see" which indicates lack of trust in their own cooked dish. Today 18/03/21. 9:30pm After dining at this place with my family. I ask myself if I have eaten anything or not? Because I didn't felt any taste. Complete food was tasteless. I ordered

1. Fried chilly chicken wings: 20 chillies inside dish without even a bit spicy and no salt. But I managed this anyhow.
2. chicken triple rice : tasteless fried rice with tasteless gravy. Again no proper quantity of salt. But we ate anyhow.
3. chicken lollypop: tasteless, without salt, coating raw inside, when I asked the owner to return rather than returning he gave me the same thing by adding extra spices. And dry gravy. Yet again it was tasteless because of the smelly chicken.

The only Chinese thing in the restaurant was the owner and his wife both were looking Chinese. Later on both didn't even bothered to ask me my feedback on food.

The Great China, Mira road's own Chinese restaurant with a loyal clientele. This wonderful place is Run by the Chow family since 2010 and has since built-up it's reputation for good quality food in a very reasonable budget. The dishes to die for besides the staple soups, rice and noodles are the MEI FOON (rice noodles), CLAY POT rice, Crispy Egg Rolls among other excellent starters and the Use of traditional Bean Curd in different sauces and styles with vegetable, chicken and seafood options.
