1 BHK -Brew house kitchen) is a recently opened lavish restaurant at Oshiwara Andheri(next to Bar stock exchange)..After being here and experiencing this place I personally feel 1BHK is gonna become a landmark soon by itself in coming days.The entrance is impressive.They have an outdoor alfresco seating section and an indoor a/c seating section along with a private dine-in area as well which comes with a minimum billing policy on weekends.
A special mention for the performance area in their outdoor section where any guest can perform,sing,play live guitar and entertain their beloved ones.. As the name suggests the interiors are done with the intention of giving homely vibes.There are many books around in the indoor section.
The staff is courteous and service is quick.Even on Wednesday around 9 pm it was running packed so doing a prior reservation is highly suggested. Its a multicuisine restaurant .North indian, Italian ,European cuisine -they do it all Chef Mithlesh has designed their menu( he has worked with Chef Ranveer Brar at TAG prior to this project).So this speaks volumes about his ability

In a short span of 6 months, it has created a unique identity for itself, all thanks to their eye popping ambiance, high levels of customer centricity, scrumptious food and lip smacking desserts.
With a soothing ambiance, exceptional service, scrumptious food and delicious desserts, 1 Brew House Kitchen, more commonly known as 1BHK, has created a unique identity for itself in merely a span of 6 months.
Location: Ground floor, Next to Meera Towers and near 5 Spice Restaurant.
Ambiance: The yellow coloured exterior paint with blue windows and glass doors are a bliss to witness. With an Indoor air conditioning seating as well as an open air outdoor seating, space doesn't seem to be a constraint. All that you should be worried about, is the availability, as it gets packed quickly. The place is well lit up and has a great vintage collection of artifacts and souveniers, which will instantly grab your attention. A lot of emphasis is given to the decor and every minute detail would shoutout loud to remind you of the good old days.
Service: It's not just the ambiance which will leave you awestruck, but the service too. We were attended by Amey Kambli (The Manager).Not only was he polite and curtious, but also had detailed understanding about the menu. In no time he understood our preferences and suggested accordingly. Kudos to you Amey and his entire team, keep up the fascinating work. Let's jump onto to the food now.
Beverages: 1)Mix Berry Punch: This was the first one on our list. The flavours were perfectly balanced and the taste was indeed satisfying. Garnished with a fresh BlackBerry and Basil, seems like a perfect drink to brighten up your day.
2)Orange Passion Tonic: A wise mix of Orange and Passion fruit, topped with tonic water. A little on the sweeter side, but tasted delicious.
3)Fennel Tea: This is a perfect example of an after meal tea. The aroma of the fennel was really soothing and was surely a relief to our digestive system after the scrumptious meal we had.
Appetizer: 1)Barley Salad: Whoever believes in the myth that healthy food can't be delicious, I'll say try this one and change your perception. This was a mix of boiled Barley grains, along with dices of green apple, pomegranate, fresh coriander, Camosa cheese, topped with a dressing of Olive oil and Mustard vinegratte. The flavour of mustard surely burst out in my mouth with every bite and I'll highly recommend this.
2)Hummus Chilli Thecha with Poi: This was an epic example of a successful fusion dish. An amalgamation of Lebanese and Indian cuisine is surely a bold thing to try. The quality of Hummus was impeccable, thoroughly smooth and creamy, while the Thecha was really close to be called authentic. Garnished with boiled Chickpea, Onion, Parsley, Pomegranate and a wedge of Lime. This was served with Poi which is a popular goan bread. Poi would have surely originated in Goa, but crafted to it's best in the kitchen of 1BHK. Made from a combination of wheat and refined flour, it had natural flavours and was thoroughly soft and moist. All Breads are baked in house and probably that gives their dishes an uppdr edge over the others.
Mains: 1)Fiamma Pizza: A large 12" thin crust pizza which can easily suffice 2 average eaters. It had toppings of Caramelized Onion, Sauteed Mushrooms, Spinach & Fried Garlic. The flavours were blended really well and every bite would keep craving you for more.
Desserts: 1)Dark Molten Chocolate : This one took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait. It was baked to perfection and the base had an overload of melting chocolate and garnished with Castor sugar. Served with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream and a sprig of mint.
Recommendation: 1)Beverages: Mix Berry Punch & Fennel Tea. 2)Appetizer: Hummus Chilli Thecha with Poi & Barley Salad. 3)Mains: Fiamma Pizza 4)Desserts: Dark...

🔹️ Blueberry, Avacado, Granola and Sunflower Seeds in a Bowl; RECOMMENDED
What could be the best breakfast bowl, I would suggest try out this heaviest breakfast bowl. The mixture of all the above ingredients along with yogurt. The creamiest dish you might dare not to have. Comparing to other drink this comes in a bowl giving it a unique touch.

🔹️ Greek Chicken Salad;
After the huge bowl we come over to the only chicken salad from the menu. Comes in a bowl with seperate ingredients like chicken, capsicum, cucumber, baby tomatoes, rajmaa, onions and some cottage cheese along with wasabi mayo and cream. Mix it all together and enjoy the healthiest salad which you might have experienced.

Rating: 4/5
🔹️ Mud pie with Tahinian Vanilla; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
In the end we come over to our dessert corner, in which we ordered this Mud pie with vanilla scoop on the top. This was just similar to brownie with icecream. The mud pie was more like a chocolate mousse along with some gooey chocolate and overall a better combo than the hot brownie. Definition do not miss out on this one.
Rating: 4.5/5
Final Verdict;
Overall the place which might make some good collective memories, and might leave you back into the real world. Conceptual thought and well worked upon those interiors. The fusion of Goan along with parsi also had the best taste. Thankyou soo much for let me live Goa...
