Apsara Ice Creams — Restaurant in Mumbai

I have to give 1 star because there is no provision to give 0. Pathetic and mannerless people work here. When we reached there, other people were ordering and eating on table. But when we tried ordering, the person RAJ CHOUDHARY told us that you cannot order and eat inside. We said, we are only ordering and not seating here, he still denied to take our order. You need to train staff about how to talk to a customer and not loose any. I would not recommend this place at all. And this has happened twice with me in a same month. After a stroll in the hot and humid Sunday evening, felt like having some coolant, and it being World Icecream Day, I walked into the Shivaji Park outlet of Apsara Icecreams. The flavour that caught my eye was Paani Puri Patakha, but I was a little unsure so I opted for a small serving. It turned out that my doubt was needless, it really did taste like paani puri, truly awesome. How can ice cream be made to taste like chaat I don't know, but kudos to the makers of this particular flavour, I highly recommend it. I'll be back to try more of their...

Hi, I love to eat Sugar Free ice-creams.

You have a police that in Suger Free you have to compulsorily Buy a Large Cup... Secondly you will NOT allow me to taste it as well. I brought the large cup of Sugar Free Gauwa Ice Cream and it did not taste well.

Two Suggestions:

1. Do either of the following: Either Allow to buy small Cup OR Allow us to taste it.

2. Use low calorie Sugars like Stevia, Sugar Free ect to add little sweetness...
