Very unprofessional service, even the person called himself the owner also. We went for dinner yesterday. there was my wifes birthday, we carried a cake with us. And our little girl child also with us. the owner asked us not to cut the cake before offering a seat. We agreed and order the food. Our child is a year old. She started playing with us. We tried to keep her calm and ensured that other people won't be disturbed. but suddenly the owner came and told us that we don't allow child. We said OK, but you had to tell us before. Why did you wait till we order the food. He asked us to control our baby when she had actually stopped making noise or playing. That was very insulting. If he informed us before entering the restaurant that children are not allowed, we didn't seat there. there was no point to argue with such a oversmart guy. So we paid for what we had and got out from there. He should declare the policy first. Because customers pay him. He is not serving free. We will never visit here again and not recommend to any one. What you serve is important but how you serve is more important! There is no option other than to give a star but please consider Minus stars from my side!
there is no option to reply your answer so I am editing this review. I agree that our child dropped a spoon. Now you are saying that she kicked dishes and climbing both the seats. It is too much. You forget that she climbed on table and made noise and we kept her calm. even we were having the food you served. Ok. it was our responsibility to take care of our child.
You have replied in points. I have only one point that You had to tell us befor seating that children are not allowed in your restaurant. We would have gone elsewhere.
You said no cake cutting. that was right and we agreed.
you had seen a child with us. You should have told us that you don't allow children. Even there was no written notice of the same. You can make your own policies. It's your business. Then it is your responsibility to tell us about your policies before we seat in there. There are so many places where children are allowed. We would have happily gone out.
and last thing that you have wrote that my review is not regarding food and service, so it is irrelevant.
then tell me that allowing someone to enter in your restaurant for having food is not included in the idea of service. You allowed us with the child and then you came midway and told us that we don't allow child. Is this the way you treat your customers? We paid you for your food and service also. First you allowed and then you complained. This is very unprofessional service you have given to us. it is hundred times relevant. that's all. pray we...

Read moreWent to the restaurant with my wife & kid who is just 7months old. We asked for Bislery water to drink, since they didn’t have it I had to go out and get one. Upon entering with the bottle the manager Mr. Sohail came and told us that you can’t have that water. I told him that since they don’t have it I had to go out and get one but he was so stubborn that he just didn’t allow us and asked us to leave instead. If I was informed by the waiter I would not have wasted my time & money in buying the bottle.
This is the 1st restaurant which really just doesn’t want customers and Infact they were happy to let us out from there.
What kind of hospitality is this that the customer is not allowed to have water also. I understand that outside food is not allowed but water is also not allowed.
It’s the worst hospitality I have ever experienced that too Mr. Sohail saw that there was a kid with us still he was ok with us leaving his restaurant. What an inhuman person he is.
We didn’t get to eat anything out there so can’t say...
