The J is an amazing gem located on main road of Shivaji park Dadar ,walking distance from hotel Amigo/Bar stock exchange shivaji park..This place serves Fries & shakes..The menu is mainly targeted for college crowd,youth aged 16 to 30.Cleanliness here is good..Ambience wise is decent.It has a seating capacity of about 10 people on level 1.Service here is QSF format..A very important thing i would like to point out is have these Fries fresh & hot..Visit the outlet personally to have fries .Avoid ordering fries for home delivery.No fun if fries go soggy which am sure can happen in home delivery.
Coming to variety of Fries i had here
Chilli cheese fries -Signature fries at The J.Fries served with rich layer of melted cheese and chilli garlic on it.Very tasty.Must try
Schezwan cheese fries - Fries served with melted jalapeno cheese and schezwan ,red chilli flakes and garlic flakes on it.This is for schezwan lovers..
Pizza fries-Fries served with mozeralla cheese and topped with pizza sauce .The pizza sauce taste makes these fries taste different to the previous 2 fries i had.
Magic fries- These indeed are magic.Inspired from the ever hit magic masala maggi flavour.This topping used on fries with chilli garlic & jalapeno cheese ..This is unique,innovative kind of fries but on spicy side.Definitely worth trying

Caramel parle G milkshake- This gets you in flashback days ..As kids we all used to eat parle G biscuits a lot...Combination of Parle G ,caramel & vanilla icecream..Delicious and quite filling for tummy

A Sweet little outlet located at Shivaji Park Dadar at a walking distance from Shree Siddhivinayak Temple . After some great Darshan it was time to enjoy some nice and filling meal so we landed out At The J .
Let's take you on a Ride of what all we Enjoyed at this outlet .
:::::Fries ::::
Poppers With Chilli Cheese Fries: Freshly made French Fries blended well with Chilli Cheese Sauce and Topped with Cheese poppers . Indeed a Scrumptious combo which will become quite heavy at the end of it .
Burrito Fries : This one is a must have whenever you happen to visit this place . An extravagant combination of fries with Chipotle Sauce , Beans , Salsa , Mozzarella Cheese and finally topped with luscious garilc mayo . Every spoon of this one is a flavor bursting experience in your mouth . Just go for it you will not regret.
Nacho Fries : We were almost full after the above two delicious ventures however being huge fan of Nachos it wouldn't have been fair if we missed out on this one . Nacho Chips did blend well with the cheese giving a unique twist along with cheese sauce . This one was Topped with Sour Cream which really added to the Flavour of the fries.
::::::MilkShakes::::::
Red Velvet Cake Shake : One of the best Red velvet shake we ever had . Every sip of it was a heavenly experience with those lovely fries .
Belgian Chocolate Cake Shake : Creamy and Succulent shake of the outlet . This one becomes a bit heavier But yes it is indeed its a must try .
Overall a Luscious experience and can't wait enough to visit this place...
Read moreThe J is one of the many hangouts at the hangout hub, Shivaji Park. I had visited the first branch at Churchgate years ago, and had liked it a lot, so trying this branch was a no brainer. Popped in here for a bite last night, and we ordered Magic Fries and Chicken Burrito Fries, the former being vegetarian, and neither disappointed. Magic Fries has raw Maggi, which made me highly sceptical, but surprisingly it didn't ruin the experience. The masala was spot on, bringing authentic Maggi flavour, and making it spicy as well. The tomato ketchup rounded off the feel, I highly recommend this one. The Burrito Fries were milder in comparison, but more cheesy and that never hurts. The beans were well cooked and soft, the chicken was shredded and goes perfectly with the texture of the fries, as opposed to chicken pieces which can at times not be as soft as the fries. The seating arrangement is not much to write about, just a couple of tables, which if occupied, you then have to sit without tables or chomp on your fries standing. To sum up then, the food is excellent, warrants multiple visits, though the place scores low on comfort...
