Beyond lackluster vibe and below average food, is an overlay of absolutely deplorable service with servers who don't care or know much. Desserts were served with fork and knife, pizza without side plates (not even served actually at the hefty service charge) and the resturant has no dessert spoons. Everything was messed up in this supposedly uber chic chain and the poor service only made business class lounges appear far far better. Unfortunately they don't serve water and forget about half the orders - we didn't get out coffee despite two reminders. Sadly saw three customers shouting to call out their servers as there was no other way to get to their non chalant attention.
