Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Mumbai

I have been to CCD a number of times but this was the worst experience! We ordered Cappuccino which was not worth at all. Firstly, we just asked them to make our coffee a bit stronger, for which they charged us Rs. 90 extra per cup (without asking or even informing). The sandwich was tasteless, and they charged around Rs. 250 for that. And to add up to this not-so-good experience, their system/server was "unwell" and they could not provide a proper bill as well. Come-on, LOCKDOWN can HIKE your prices, but not LOWER your standards. Highly disappointed! A lot of cafés out there are serving their customers WELL. Well, you lost a couple of customers that day. Bad-Bye...

A 1 Star despite good kids working here another one of the sub standard Cafe Coffee Day's (some are really good).. more than once i have noticed a sub standard franchisee of CCD and they (the franchiser) can't avoid responsibility. CCD has a App and upob downloading it tye buyer collects beans which can be utilized for discounts.. this franchisee had a lame excuse for shortchanging, that the modem wasn't working and due to which I would neither get my earned entitlement for discounts nor could I get beans on my purchase for future discounts.. its not the first time that it has occured at CCD.. One can never imagine something similar occuring...

Same old CCD, though they hv lost a bit of charm now. Staff are not that energetic (seen this in quite a few outlets now) .no inner decor changes for sometime ( losses ,I suppose). They hv added a new line of waffles but did not try it. A bit more energy, music and smile would hv been wonderful . Not losing hope yet.. Mar 22. Came to same CCD . A little change in the furniture placements. Looks very very cluttered, might be increasing revenue per sq feet. Consistently noticing 'special skill' staff in their outlets now which is very very nice. Coffee still...
