Chai Point — Restaurant in Mumbai

Ordered via Zomato 5 items, 1 was missing one item that I paid Rs. 125, but no proper way to contact the restaurant, as number given wasnt existing! Zomato was not much help too, finally they refunded me Rs. 98.49 only, I dont know why I got less amount back when I didnt even get the item. Its not that I complained about the taste. Total cheaters!! Never order from Chai point, next time they will omit a higher cost item and give only half price... this is their way of making profits! Very disappointing that Zomato too...

One of the worst. The restaurant guy is rude and a liar. Says that the order was given to the delivery guy from Swiggy but turns out that the restaurant didn’t even start making my order....

Cheaters! They stole our money and didn't send the items on Zomato. They are profiting off...
