Shiv Sagar Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

1.Food quality is good enough, but no variety in menu. Only limited menu is available daily.

2.For service I would prefer negetive points, staff shows attitude while taking orders and service, we often request them to at least offer water for drinking but always neglect our request and deny that there not enough glasses kept for drinking water (just imagine serving people for Shiv Sagar and there aren’t enough glasses for drinking water) the most epic things happen when we tend to complain this to the manager he says that glasses are kept here you come by yourself and serve yourself if you want the staff will not do this for you. At most rude and arrogant behaviour from the staff and its manager. They think they are the sole seller in that area and Shiv Sagar is the only place in corporate place serving food as there are no hotels/restaurants near by where the working people would prefer hanging out for quick catchup.

3.Atmosphere is amazing as it is not maintained by the Restaurant owner since it is maintained by Windsor corporate...

This place is serving worst food and quality of the food is very low. Do not order anything from this place (specially sandwich). They fry capsicum and onion and then put it in grilled sandwich with one slice of tomato and few potato slices. Taste of the sandwich was pathetic and staff is very rude. When I complained to their manager, his behaviour was like "humlog aise hi sandwich banate hai, aapko pehle batana chahiye tha". Means I had sandwich for the first time and then too I should have told him how to make sandwich before only. How foolish these people are. They are playing with customers health. With one slice of tomato, few slices of potato and lot of fried chopped capsicum and onion, they asked me to pay 114 rs for that sandwich. How Indian restaurants are running these days! Very Rude staff also poor quality of food they serve....and when you co.plaint they will answer you very rude way the person seating on counter is very shorttempered and disrespectful attaching his image for awareness restarant like shivsagar should not keep...
