Would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at your Lower Parel outlet today. I placed an order at 12.40 , and I was shocked to find that after multiple follow ups, it would take an astonishing two hours for the order to be prepared.

This extended wait time not only inconvenienced me and my entire team as it was a corporate order, but also resulted in a significant disruption to my plans. I understand that unexpected delays can occur, but a two-hour wait for a meal is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency and customer service of your establishment.
