Chikita Cafe — Restaurant in Mumbai

We went here on a Monday evening ,this place is exactly opposite regal cinemas First I thought it's a small cafe ,food would be ok . But the cafe food , presentation, quality and quantity proved me absolutely wrong We were so happy with timely service, delicious food ,and the quantity. We ordered hummus with falafel - absolutely amazing served with some pickled veggies. We ordered cheesy fries and cheese and the perfect crust of fries added my excitement. Then we ordered lemon mojito and strawberry shake , both were absolutely amazing no doubt quantity was too good. We also ordered barbeque paneer smoked sandwich ,it was a multigrain bread with sweet sauces .You can avoid this if you love spicy food. Paneer falafel wrap was also amazing.. Overall they know how to please customer and their service is outstanding. It's a new menu guys so do visit this place . Absolutely...

There were cockroaches found in our food.

My child found cockroaches in a chicken tikka roll that she was eating and a chocolate milkshake that she was drinking. She was scared and was crying after finding out that there were cockroaches in our food. She is not eating food from any sources other than our house now and is reluctant to drink even packaged water like Bisleri. She is wary of anything black that she sees in food now, even if it is spices that we use in home-made dishes.

The staff did not charge us for the food but we insisted to pay for what we had consumed. It was very unhygienic of them to allow cockroaches to enter the food that customers are eating. We will not be visiting...

CHIKITA CAFEis of the best outlet located in Colaba.Recently i visited and the ambiance is very cool.I ordered some dishes from the menu.... LEBANESE CHICKEN SHWARAMA SMOKY PANEER N CHEESE ROLL. PANEER TIKKA. CHICKEN NUGGET. LEMON N MINT MOJITO COLD COFFEE.
