While the property is a little well-loved and slightly older, it's been kept up and is comfortable, quiet and clean. All the buildings in this area are older, so it's important to keep your expectations in check. There were some smells that nobody can do anything about, but once the fan and/or AC is running, it's not noticeable. Wifi never worked for me on my phone. I didn't get the chance to ask the staff about it because we were running out the door trying to see as much as we could. Staff were wonderful. Location is phenomenal. Food was decent and breakfast was great. Felt like good value for money for this location. We even had an issue where a glass broke in the room and, even after everything was cleaned, I freaked out because I have a toddler. They let us change rooms at 10pm and my mind was at peace. The best hotel in Colaba. Location, clean, staff service everything!!! I stayed for 5 nights,travel for holidays, i had an amazing experience overall. All the staff one by one doeas amazing job, offer expeptional service and a very personalized experience. Highly recomend this hotel!
