Had an absolutely pathetic experience at this restaurant as they refused to accept the Dine Out prepaid deal and the Restaurant Manager kept insisting on getting paid again claiming he hasn't received funds from Dine Out. Despite repeatedly explaining to him that it's a prepaid deal already fully paid, he made my family wait for 30mins saying he has to first check with Dine Out. I am a hotelier myself and have never experienced such pathetic attitude ever in my life. Even if they are not trained on basics of any deal that they are extending online, at least the restaurant should get them trained on basic customer service and etiquette. Or perhaps the intention was only to cheat customers by attracting them through online deals and then double-charging them. It was my worst experience ever and even escalating the matter to the GM was useless as neither the restaurant nor the hotel, Gordon House, is bothered about its guests, which is very clear from how the entire matter was handled, not just at the restaurant but even subsequently.
