Title: A Disappointing Experience: Pathetic, Tasteless, and Unhygienic Pani Puri. I recently had the opportunity to try the Pani Puri at a Monsoon chaat corner, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite the claims of using mineral water, the overall quality of the Pani Puri fell far short of expectations. First and foremost, the hygiene standards were questionable, to say the least. The water used for the Pani Puri was left uncovered, which not only exposed it to dust and debris but also attracted mosquitoes. It was disheartening to witness these insects hovering over the water, posing a potential health risk and increasing the chances of diseases like dengue. Such negligence in maintaining a clean and safe environment is completely unacceptable. Moving on to the taste, it was utterly lackluster. The Pani Puri water, despite the claim of being mineral, failed to deliver any remarkable flavor. It lacked the tanginess, freshness, and balance of spices that make Pani Puri a delightful treat. The absence of these essential elements left the entire experience flat and unappealing. Furthermore, the mixture of the Pani Puri was a major disappointment. Instead of the usual combination of crisp puris, flavorful chutneys, and a variety of fillings, I was served solely with soaked dry pungent bundis. This monotonous and uninspiring filling further contributed to the overall tastelessness of the dish. It lacked the necessary diversity of textures and flavors that are intrinsic to a satisfying Pani Puri experience. Considering the lackluster taste and the concerning hygiene conditions, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment's Pani Puri to anyone. It fails to uphold the basic standards of taste, hygiene, and variety that one expects from this popular street food. In my opinion, it is simply not worth even a single star rating. I hope the establishment takes these criticisms constructively, and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for its customers...
Read moreDisgusting behaviour by owner, be a better human being first then think about running a business. No service staff know what they are doing, disgusting food, flies over everything on the counter, they should be shut down for not being clean even though they have posters around claiming hygiene, workers donât wear gloves while rolling or making momos, even when transferring pakoras from one plate to another. Yes itâs cheap, but the wait time is huge, the respect from the owner or cashier is not there at all, he argued with me over 20 rupees. Itâs about the moral not about the little money, itâs about talking politely and explaining to the customer how the order process works for what we are ordering. If there is a coupon system, that should be explained, if itâs pay at counter and collect items as self service, it should be explained, but here for some items you get the food on your table and for some items you have to show a coupon, there are 200 items on the menu, how is a new customer or any customer meant to know what to do in your store if you donât tell us at the time of order. I sat on my table for 45 minutes waiting for my order and not once did any of the workers tell me that I had to show my coupon. I kept asking how long will momos take and they kept saying âmaam itâs comingâ so I assumed it would be coming to my table. Then finally I got frustrated and told them to just cancel my order and they said âwe donât even have your orderâ. Itâs ridiculous when you enter the restaurant and they take your money so quickly without explaining the stupid process they have but they cannot deliver good food or good service. Have better people skills, just because itâs cheap, doesnât mean you get to treat people with such attitude and disrespect. If you can treat an unknown female customer half your age over 20 rupees like this, I feel bad for your wife and kids because behind closed doors you must be a monster and they should have the police on speed dial incase they disagree with you and you go mental...
