This is in regards to the mishaps happen to me today with your delivery boy.

Im a regular customer of dominos. I regularly order home delivery at my location which i have always received.

Today the delivery boy named Harilal Mishra denied coming to my location. He came at the main road but deniend coming more 50 meters distance. I have ordered this pizza for my 2 years old son. As i was on my work, He was alone at home with my sister. I requested delivery boy to come inside lane which was just 50 meters away. He argued with me saying that “Mein nahi aunga apko bahar aana hai toh aao warna mei order cancel kar dunga” Then i called the manager tariq. I requested him the same. He said “ok mam bhejta hu but next time se aap coperate karna” Again i called up the delivery boy Harilal Mishra, I told him manager has said you to deliver us and come little ahead atleast 50 meters. But this arrogant Harilal Mishra said “Tarique ko boldo mein nahi aunga andar or mein order cancel kar rha hu. “ On which i said im coming to collect the order stay there only. I came from my office which was 1km away from my home on two wheeler with my colleague on his bike. This arrogant delivery boy was waiting till that time but did not tried an attempt to deliver it. When i came to collect it Harilal Yadav Said “ Jhopad patti mei rehte hai toh order q karte hai jake khaake aane ka na “ On which i gave him a tight slap. He abused me and raise his hands on me. Then my colleague entered the scenario and make him aside. I have filed a FIR against Hiralal Mishra.

My son slept crying and empty stomach. Because of such delivery boy i had face all this. My time got wasted at police station. Just for 50 meter distance this delivery boy did all this nuisance.

Hiralal was claiming that your company does not deliver to our location. I request to you go through my previous orders how many times i have ordered your pizza and got it delivered without such disturbance. This was really very disappointing. If your company dont deliver at my location then why did your person attempted the delivery ? Your outlet must have cancel my order earlier only.

I would request you to escalate and take action against this delivery boy representing your brand and making negative remarks on...

This is literally the worst Dominos I have come across (or maybe all Dominos outlets are like this?).

Reached their restaurant late evening last week and ordered a pizza. There was garbage piled up in the corner of the outlet, waiting to be picked up. The person who took and prepared my order also started handling the garbage with his bare hands since it had to be taken out. Didn't even have the basic hygiene courtesy to use gloves while dealing with garbage before going back in to bring my pizza. These Dominos people are literally preparing food with the same tools used to take out garbage, and when I called them out on this and asked for a refund, they did not give me any refund.

We are not stray animals entering your pristine Dominos outlet to scavenge through a pile of garbage for some food, you tools! At least treat us with the bare minimum human respect and hygiene. You are in food...

Domino's used to be one of my favorite pizzas, but now I regret it. The pizza is still somewhat okay at the store, but when it comes to home delivery, they basically just send a plain pizza base. Even in a ₹380 pizza, there were hardly one or two pieces of chicken on a single slice. I complained to customer care, and they told me to come to the store and they would add the toppings. But we ordered home delivery—why should we go to the store? And their staff is so cheap and has such a bad attitude, it’s unbelievable.
