Fire Bowl Malad — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hey everyone, Today I come up with an amazing and exquisite review on Red Turtle pan Asia bistro. I could say that this is one of the best restaurants when it comes to serving some of your favorite Asian dishes to you. Red Turtle has a variety of Asian foods like Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan etc. The ambience is very very beautiful from the moment you park your car out you could see the amazing lamps on the tree which already gives you the vibes of that of a Japanese culture. When you enter the restaurant you would think of being in some other part of Asia. The interior decor would simply put you in awe of Red Turtle. From the amazing paintings on the wall to the Japanese fan stuck to the wall, I bet you would keep gazing at it along with the amazing food that they serve you. It has another storey on top which has a huge space to sit comfortably and enjoy your delicious meal. Oh and I must also say that the staff is really really polite just like how the Japanese treat you. Adding to it like the cultural food mentioned on top they have many varieties of dishes you could try out and I must say it's really amazing trying out different food style. All in one I could say. Some of the dishes that I would recommend

1-Oriental fuse The perfect mixture of grape and orange juice added with a tinge of lime juice and with added chopped fruits. It's serving is eye-catching and really tasty as you drink you get to eat fruits along. It's really amazing you get so much just in one juice. I would highly recommend you all to try this. It's seriously that great💓.

2- Pattong passion Pineapple juice added with coconut milk served with crushed ice is a cool drink which would make your inner self cool. The coconut milk just adds that extra taste for you to gulp it down easily.

3- Pan fried chicken dumplings Ok most of the Chinese restaurants Don't serve dumplings so to fill your starter from the common lollypops and those crispy, Red Turtle serves you with some finest dumplings seen in Mumbai. The taste will certainly make you hog these great little dumplings. It's shallow fried just keeps the amazing work and the inside filled with chicken will certainly catch your taste buds. Try out these lovely dumplings served with schezwan made by Red Turtle. It's magical.

4- Stewed Wonton Big brother of dumplings, this a must try out appetizer if you visit Red Turtle. Stuffed with chicken and toppled with crushed garlic and mushrooms added. This will surely be the one that could soothe all the taste you looking for. It's soft and added crisp would surely fill your heart with joy. Just one word BEAUTIFUL.

5- Lettuce wraps A dish of minced meat(as per your liking) served with oyster sauce with cool lettuce to put within and eat. This is for all the spicy lovers who wants to try out something unique and different. You could tell the staff to reduce the spice. You could say this dish Hot and Cold.

6- Teriyaki Noodles Bored of the regular hakka noodles, don't worry Red Turtle will certainly take your love for noodles to the next level with this Japanese Teriyaki Noodles. The noodles made with perfect blend of soy sauce, sugar. It's really a wonderful dish and I assure you this will certainly get your love back for noodles.

7- Tender coconut This ice cream is really really cool and amazing. There is tender coconut in the ice cream. Yes that's right, it's not just your average ice cream which is flavored. It's seriously like you are eating your tender coconut when you have this ice cream. A really worth ice cream to try out.

8- Tub Tim Krob (Red rubbies) This is a traditional Thai dessert with red water chestnuts added in rose syrup and coconut milk. This beautiful looking dessert with bring peace to your eyes. You would have to mix it up properly to get the great taste of this Thai dessert.

Kasino Bar #NewPlaceAlert

One more addition to Chef Saif's kitchens is this newly opened theme bar and restaurant in Malad. Kasino is a much planned bar that has taken some real planning and strategy of a long time and brought forward with the right implementation. From the location to the food to the ambience and the view. Everything is worth it. So every table has a card shape like sphere, heart, etc. Walls have king and queen pictures covered in blue and royal golden. Kasino Bar is massive and ultra spacious with a lot of tables spread across. They have a sofa seating section too which goes on reservation. The bar counter at a corner. It's a uniquely themed restaurant which also shuffles offers at intervals and lucky ones get discounts. One important thing is they serve only Vegetarian food.

DRAGON FRUIT MOJITO

Muddled Dragon fruit skin, mint, lemon topped with crushed ice, sprite, Dragon fruit balls.

POKE EVOLUTION This drink has a concoction of vanilla vodka, kahlua , whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce , topped with oreo cookie n chocolate swirl. The virgin preparation includes all of the above except alcohol.

STARTERS

TINY POTATO CHEESE LOLLYPOP mini mashed potato cheese balls mixed with shallots , parmesan cheese, garlic powder , black pepper , stuffed with mozzarella cheese , coated with breadcrumb n fried . These luscious balls are served with spicy mayo made with mayonnaise, chipotle & gochujang( Korean hot pepper paste ) Recommended.

MINI BUNLESS BURGER Mini veg patties mixed with green onion, cilantro, chipotle, black pepper, sambal , topped with lettuce , cheese slice , cherry tomato , served with sambal mayo.

HARUMAKI Japanese spring roll stuffed with bean sprouts , mushroom , carrots, cellophane noodles tossed in sesame oil with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, pinch sugar , sake ( sake _ pronunciation saa_ kay, which is a Japanese rice wine. )

VEGAN OVERLOADED CHEESE NACHOS Crisp tortillas layered with vegan chipotle cheese sauce( made of cashwenut , almond , almond milk , chipotle chill,) topped with spicy refried beans, chill beans , jalapeno, scallions, cherry tomato , served with tomato salsa. Recommended.

MAIN COURSE

CASADO Casado is Costa Rican meal , consists of beans , tortillas , fried plantains, salad , sauteed veggies , grilled cottage cheese steak in the form of protein in tomato basil sauce. This platter is basically an all-in-one. It has the essential elements and correct taste. The blandless of rice is perfectly covered with sauce. Steak is flavorful and so were the exotic veggies apt. Recommended

LUBIA POLOW Iranian green beans n rice pulao, cooked in ghee with onion garlic, sorted veggies, spices in turmeric saffron , served with salad shirazi ( onion tomato salad ) and mast o khiar ( mast in Persian means yogurt and khiar means cucumber ) so yogurt n cucumber dip . It's like raita but comparitively thicker.

DESSERT

UMM ALI Means ali'mither. It's an Egyptian dessert. Croissants layered with milk, topped with double cream, dry fruits like raisins , pistachios , almonds , coconut flakes, layered again the same way but in the second layer the cream is layered on top n baked in the oven. The creaminess makes it very heavy and filling. Layers of dryfruit bring in and add on to the richness of the dessert.

Chef Saif always makes it possible to bring cuisines of the world under one roof. His experimentation is very much liked and appreciated by his foodie fans. His several restaurants offer finest food

Kasino is one real must visit place. Visit anytime post 4pm and have a great time with some mind boggling drinks and...

New place in Malad west and a Very vibrant one, Amazing Decoration according to their casino theme, Very good music, a lot of space for those who have there dancing shoes on and the most important thing delicious food and amazing drinks to compliment the time you spent at this place.

We were a group of 4-5 people for partying an occasion so had a lot of food and drinks, So i am going to sum up here the ones i liked and will try and mention the name of other dishes we had.

In starters we tried "Harumaki", which was a spring roll with a Japanese touch filled with mushroom, carrots and noodles, Perfect one to start with. After that we had "Mini Bun-Less Spicy Veg Cheese Burger Bites", the patty were amazingly delicious a must try item on their menu. "Fried Fatayer", Samosa shaped starter which tasted great as well. "Tiny Potato Cheese Lollipop with Spicy Mayonnaise" was the best one, Kind of a cheese ball filled with Mashed potato and lot of cheese.

"Vegan over loaded cheese nachos" was one of the yummiest nachos i had, the sauce was mouth watering, My friends let the waiter clear the dish before i finished couple of Nachos which i purposely left to have later :(.

Beside this we also tried "Vegan crunchy cake", "Spicy chipotle mushroom", "Sambal cottage cheese", "Korean cheese nachos", Which were also good but I liked the taste of the ones I mentioned in above para a lot better.

In mains we tried "Casado", "Lubia pulow" & "Veg Paprika", Out of which I loved the most was "Lubia Pulao", Perfect taste for me and it was served with a dip with yogurt and cucumber pieces in it. I focused mainly on this one :).

Also tried few Cocktails, Out of which "House special cocktail" was the one i like most, Which was Vodka and Absinthe mixed, Other one was "Scandal Red", which was wine base and also mixed with whiskey, I am sure wine lovers would love this one, I am still getting used to the taste of wine. I don't like whiskey much so may be that was the reason i liked it a little less. Few other cocktails were Oreo cookie and vanilla ice cream mixed with alcohol, Tried this kind of drink for the first time, Didn't enjoy this one. But again those who like this kind of drink may enjoy them.

My other non-alcoholic friends had "Dragon fruit mojito", "Pineapple cilantro" & few fresh lime sodas, Except from fresh lime sodas.

Also tried their dessert "Umm Ali", which is an Egyptian dish with a history attached to it find out the story there if you visit and have this one. Taste wise i would say it had rasmalai kind of base with a rabdi kind of feel overall. That's not an exact description but kind of with an innovative variation to this mix. Only thing i dislike was coconut flakes within which was a minus for me.

Overall had a blast at this place, Glad we were able to find such place and go there. It was definitely a 5 star worthy place, So all the party people go and visit once and decide for yourself. Still a relatively new place so i hope it works for them and we have more cool stuff from there on...
