A horrible experience awaited us today. On this Diwali day, me and my wife thought to visit this restaurant for dinner. Though getting the seat was not much of a hassle, despite Diwali rush and overcrowding. The first thing first is that this restaurant was unable to handle the cleanliness because of lot of crowd. The floor was dirty and filthy. Though our table was cleaned but the sofa still had to be cleaned by us because of lot of food spilled on the sofa. Anyways, we thought to little cool down and start with the coolers, so we opted for 2 Watermelon Basil Cooler. It took almost 40 mins to get our order in the mean time checking on the waiting time we also intermittently ordered our main course. As the coolers arrived at our table we just noticed something unusual. The coolers were served to us without any garnishing as we just checked on the same order that was served on our other table, and it came to us unfnished in garnishing and taste. We asked the waiter to take it back and cancel this order. Despite that he brought the coolers again and we were adamant not to have it. As we were not happy with the experience. The main course started with Veg Bageecha and Rotis. The main course vegetable was also not upto the mark. We then thought to have a last meal for the dinner thinking that the start was not good but the end should be, but we were just amazed. The experience was worsening. The Dal Khichdi bowl container was filled with water. Actually, when we started to take the khichdi from the bowl. The steel bowl which was a cusp of a two bowl was faulty. We had water poured in along with the Dal Khichdi. We called the waiter and told him to take it back. He insisted that he would get a repeat order. But our mood was just spoiled. Surprisingly next to our table on either side Dal Khichdi was served in a differently cutlery. We did asked the waiter about this disparity. But there was no sufficient explanation to it. Checking on the situation, one of the owner, Ms Shraddha came to our table to know things that went wrong. I explained to her everything but inspite listening to us. She started behaving arrogant and rude. Ms Shraddha should keep in mind that customers are important no matter how important to them individually or not. The bill was though served to us despite all this experience. We didn't argue much, paid the bill, and left with a strong decision that we would never visit this resturant again. I will also share this experience personally whom I will come across, as I believe the owner Ms Shraddha should learn how to behave with customers first.
A regret in this hassle I forgot to click the pictures of all. My bad.
Boycott...

Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Borivali, Golden Delicacy Multicuisine Restaurant is a culinary gem that promises an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step inside, the inviting ambiance sets the stage for a memorable meal.
The standout feature of this restaurant is undoubtedly its innovative fusion of Chinese and Indian cuisines. The menu is a delightful exploration of flavors, and I was particularly impressed by the Californian Wonton. This dish was not just a mere appetizer; it was a flavor explosion, expertly crafted with a perfect balance of spices and ingredients that made each bite a delight. The wontons were bursting with freshness, showcasing the chef's commitment to quality.
Equally remarkable was the dosa, which was crispy and surprisingly light. It's often challenging to find a dosa that isn't laden with oil, but here, it was cooked to perfection, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. Paired with the delightful chutneys and sambar, it was a dish that truly exemplified the restaurant's dedication to quality.
The staff at Golden Delicacy also deserve a special mention. Their friendliness and extensive knowledge of the menu added to the overall experience. They were eager to make recommendations and ensure that every aspect of the meal was satisfactory. This level of service truly enhances the dining experience and makes you feel valued as a guest.
