The oldest food joints in Borivali or you can say the Mumbai Suburbs. This chain of restaurants viz. Veg Treat I, Veg Treat II, Veg Treat Regalia; are the one of the most famous veg fine dine/fast food food chains you'll find in Bombay.
We had: Cheese Sada Dosa💚 Cheese Pav bhaji💚 Half Jain Pav bhaji💚 Nonveg:❤️, Veg:💚
The dosa was nice and crisp on the periphery a d equally soft on the inside. Both the Pav bhajis left me finger licking. The Pav bhaji was delicious and generously garnished with cheese and butter and served alongside a hot pair of masala pav.
Food Quality and Taste: 10/10 The food quality of the food served at Veg treat is marvelous. Any item from south Indian to chat to proper lunch/ dinner leaves the customer satisfied yet craving for more.
Quantity and Pricing: 8/10 The quantity is wholesome and 1 dish suffices an individual but yes in the recent past years the prices have shot up.

Read morePlease don’t visit if you have a good taste in food. As warm as these restaurants used to be and the food comforting, now it’s just a plate full of uncooked, maybe stale, and definitely dishes that can lead you to cholesterol work their oil content. Order a sabudhana khichdi, cheese pakora, as mom is fond of these foods. They were absolutely below the undermark. Super oily, super yellow (as that’s how much it was dipped in oil), and the cheese too was really bad quality. Also went in for a traditional Sada Dosa - how can someone go wrong with this? It hurts me to describe our experience on this infamous dosa. I also called for a veg omlette (cheela) as I couldn’t do the other foods to my body - this was okay and by okay I mean 1/5. But definitely better than the rest. It was filled with Haldi for some reason - killed the taste but okay I don’t mind some haldi in my body. This is for the Shimpoli, Borivali outlet - I definitely will not be visiting or would recommend. But ofcourse please get your...
