The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Mumbai

This outlet employees are such pathetic. That they concentrate more on online orders and not on walk-incustomers. They keep waiting for around 30minutes for one waffle. Yesterday we visted around 10:30pm. Their employee denied taking our order and gave reason that they having lots of online order. It will take half and hour to serve us. Very very much disappointment from this outlet. And mant times they do like this stuff. Its an insult of any customer. If you want to take more online orders shut the shop and open only clod kitchen. I had the tripple chocolate waff wich and strawberry cheese cream mini pancake, the waffle was terrible, one of those chocolate flavour literally ruined the whole sweetness, also the waffle was hard and hurt my gums multiple times. The mini pancake had very unever layers of strawberry jam over it, some had much jam some had very little, also the chesse cream was only added on one mini pancake out of 6, seems like they had a pretty bad first impression on me, I liked London Bubble Co waffles but that shop closed so I had to unfortunately try from belgium waffle but its a no...

I really like the waffles here. I tried the triple cookie sundae this time and enjoyed it quite a bit. However, I believe the various components of this elaborate dessert didn't really have the best synergy, that is, the waffle itself was kind of overwhelmed by all the other elements. I believe it's better to have waffles with syrup and a side of ice cream, and nothing can beat that. Regardless, this place has a decent sized menu and it looks really cute. The pricing is also...
