Hotel Super Kitchen - Sukarwadi, Borivali East — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very Poor Service. Last sunday on 3rd November at 1:05 pm I visited Super Resturant. I have placed order only for simgle item - Chicken Bhuna - Parcel and the person who was accepting orders on the counter was very arrogant to speak. He swiped my card twice, 2 entries came to my account for debit. After that he made me wait for 30 minutes for my order. After that when i asked for status he said that it will take more 20 minutes. So again after 20 minutes when I checked, at that time also the parcel was not ready. Another person from the restaurant came on the counter from outside. I blasted on both as the restaurant was almost empty at that time and still it's taking 50 minutes to prepare a single dish, but when that new person checked the status of my order in kitchen I and he came to know that my order was not gone to kitchen itself upto that time. Some online order pickup guys were also waiting for a very long time to pickup parcel, they said that it's a regular practice of the restaurant to keep waiting for delivery to everyone. Apart from this at front area of resturant only kitchen staff cut the grocery for kitchen but that area is also kept very dirty by resturant and vegetables and other items also kept on dirty floor only. It was a very shocking experience for me as i left with my parcel at around 2 pm. I will never visit this restaurant again in my life. Please be alert as only name is Super but everything else is very Poor. For service Minus...

One of the worst response I got from hotel cashier when told him that I got a small stone like particle in biryani. He checked the stone part with his hand saying that was black pepper. On asking why was chicken was not cleaned properly….he said that is leg piece boneless that taste good without cleaning he skin. I corrected him that that chest piece which is used in biryani for boneless.He had no answers and went back to cashier seat Without saying a word. On the he gave me a bill which was 20 Rupees off on total bill. That was a waver of 20 rupees of his bills 5% tax. He charged me for the whole meal of biryani without acknowledging or apologising on the issue. There was mosquitoes in the AC Room on asking the person he showed me empty goodnight refill machine. If you are in hotel industry you have to give the best services. It’s not only printing and charging a bill. Worst Service O Rating for all...

As per my experiences it's worth 100% as per quality and quantity.

My advice is don't go when the restaurant is busy ( like there are lots of people or basically there is a rush) Because when the rush affects the quality. (It may have some quality drop effect)

I usually go there aroun 5pm to 7pm and avoid going there in weekends.

Since the quality and quantity with an affordable price restaurant is very busy on weekends.

Variety of starters and main course available there for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

As per my recommendation one must try their chicken 65, chicken ginger garlic and my favourite chicken chilli as starters and chopper rice (choppan rice) as main course it's completely value to money.
