Invento — Restaurant in Mumbai

Invento cafe is located near High Street Phoenix at Lower Parel .

Divided into 2 levels , the 1st floor has a private low seating section for a large group of people . The lower level has rustic wooden chair table seating . Inspite of being liliputian the place is very well designed having colourful ceramic crockery & fancy glasses . The place has bright lights with one wall having a horizontal rectangular long mirror to give a spacious illusion .

We tried the miso soup which was rich , creamy served piping hot with a lot of finely chopped crunchy veggies & noodles having strong garlic taste & fragrance .Loved it in the cool winter season of Mumbai .

The TomYum soup was mildly sour & in consistency was like yellow thai curry having tofu & crunchy veggies .Very tasty , hydrating & appetising bursting with Thai spices & flavours .

Mediterrenean cheese roll This deep fried starter was delicious to the core having veggies & melted cheese served with salsa , sour cream & cheese dip on a long bamboo platter .It was super crisp & crunchy .

Mexican Sizzler Now this was a huge sizzle which we 2 people couldnt finish .The mexican sauce was out of the world ! Class apart & bursting with flavours .Mexican rice bed topped with steamed veggies , paneer , cheese corn balls were mind blowing , melted cheese , fries & nacho chips .Full marks ! Loved it & highly recommended .

German Cocoa Drink . Oh my God ! This was just amazing .Super rich , creamy & loaded with chocolate drink which had a large scoop of chocolate mousse in it .We simply couldn't stop licking it clean .If you are a chocoholic then you will fall in love with this drink .

Super Berries This super tall drink was just super amazing refreshing & tongue tickling tangy & sweet .Being healthy as it was loaded with fresh berries , youghurt & granola every sip was delightful .

The service is quick & the owner Mr Gupta was exceptionally warm & served us to the best of his capacity .

Located at a prime location but slightly difficult to find the place because of the huge Bus Stand right in front of the restaurant.

The ambiance is quite attractive and classy, Invento also has a space of floor sitting which can accommodate a group of 8 people.

The multi-cuisine menu encompasses delicious North Indian, Chinese, Italian and Asian dishes that you can savour. The staff is quite friendly and helps you out while selecting your order.

Our Recommendations-

We started off with their, Tom khaw soup- A coconut milk based soup slightly to the spicy side is the one we loved over here.

In Appetisers- Kung Pao Paneer- The paneer was extremely soft and well marinated.

Fire Smoke Paneer- This was presented like a sizzler but without the rice/noodles, something unique and delicious.

Malai Kebabs- We tried it with the mint chutney, the kebabs were immensely soft and the overall flavour with the corn went well.

Verdura Nachos- Served with iceberg lettuce, it wasn’t that exciting but the nacho chips were delicious.

Mains- Paneer Butter Masala with Garlic Naan- Would surely recommend this to anyone anytime, The portion was sufficient for three, loved it.

Red & White Pasta- This was the dish of the night, it was recommended by the staff itself, probably one of the best pastas we had after a long time.

The Mocktails were brilliant so were their Kitkat & Belgium Cocoa shakes

In desserts we tried their Choc Nasha, it was something new to us and tasted well, probably something to make a happy ending for your meal.

Located at a walking proximity to Phoenix Malls at Lower Parel, Invento is a pure vegetarian fast food joint serving amazing varieties in Pizza, Burgers, Nachos, Chinese and what not!

They are here for a while now, but just recently I decided to try this place out after a quick shop at mall nearby. Place looks small from outside, but inside they have utilized the space well with 2 sections in top & bottom. Ambiance and interiors give a very rustic and western feel justifying their menu.

Their staff is amazing and helpful and recommended us dishes. Started off with Verdura Nachos which is an Invento Special, and boy it was huge!! Big rectangle plate of nacho loaded with cheese sauce and salsa was fillig and perfect! Must try for large group.

Pesto Pasta is another mouth watering dish. It looked droolworthy and taste justified its looks. Pesto sauce was perfect and pasta was cooked well. Mediterranean Pizza had good amount of veggies on it and is a good option in pizza section.

Ended the meal with Bird eye Chilli Noodles which was the best of the dish we had that day! It was spiccyyy and just amazing. Had such a good noodles after a long time. Also veggies were in good amount.
