This is a restaurant just diagonally opposite to Phoenix Mills @ Lower Parel Mumbai.
The place is casual and clean with the most humble staff. They have a different way of presenting food and thats their USP.
We tried the below dishes and I will rate them for you as per my taste in terms of taste and presentation
Dahi Batata Puri ( 6pieces )
Taste : 5/5 Presentation: 4/5
Ragda Pattice ( that fancy thing in the glass - 3 glasses )
Taste : 2.5/5 Presentation: 4.5/5
( 4.5 for the uniqueness but its extremely difficult to eat from that glass so had to finally remove it in the plate. 2.5 for taste cz the pattice was so soft that we couldn't feel that there was 1 inside. Felt like eating only ragda and chutney. Taste needs a lot of improvement too)
Rava Dosa ( this was again some fancy rava dosa I can't remember the name but its in the pictures and you can just show them , they will tell you. The stuffing was like home made pizzas. You get 3 small ones in a plate)
Taste : 4/5 Presentation : 3.5/5
Appam ( again I think its called something else on their menu.. 6 small ones in a plate. There were 3 different flavors- palak, beet & Raagi )
Taste : 3.5 / 5 Presentation : 3.5/5
Sizzling Brownie With Icecream ( this is the one that disappointed me the most. The brownie was not brownie at all it was cake. Had a different taste to it that was not chocolate ( may be too much vanilla essence added while making thr batter) didn't like it at all. Being the chocolate person i am, i couldn't eat beyond a spoon)
Taste : 1/5 Presentation : 4/5
All in all the restaurant is worth a visit for the cutlery, unique things on their menu, amazing way of presentation & their YUMMY CHUTNEYS ( each one gets theirs in cute small separate fancy bowls)
Special Mention : Their toilets are clean 👏 and the staff is amazing too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shree Sunders Restaurant, and it was an experience worth sharing! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful meal. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.
Food: The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, each prepared with the utmost care and bursting with authentic flavors. I ordered the paneer tikka and it was perfectly grilled, with a smoky flavor and tender texture. Their South Indian dishes, like the dosa and sambhar, were equally amazing – full of vibrant spices and served fresh. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get.
Service: The staff at Shree Sunders were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Our food arrived promptly, and they were happy to accommodate any special requests we had. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer service.
Ambiance: The decor is simple yet elegant, with a focus on comfort. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a casual lunch with friends or a nice family dinner. There’s a relaxed vibe, and the seating is spacious.
Overall: Shree Sunders Restaurant is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty meal with authentic flavors. The combination of great food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious,...
Read moreWas rushing to work and didn't have a whole lot of time on hand, so thought of dropping in to a place serving south Indian cuisine, expecting those dishes to take the least amount of time to get prepared. Shree Sunders has always been on my route, but I hadn't visited before and decided to tick that box. It was well past lunch time so I didn't have to wait for a table. After a quick scan of the menu I ordered for Rasam Vada, Spring Dosa and Sweet Lassi. The service was upto the speedy udipi standards, and my orders were served without delay. The vada was crispy and the rasam was just lovely, the accompanying coconut chutney rounding off a winner of a starter. The dosa was crispy too, though what made it delicious was the coconut and veggies stuffing, particularly the onions and tomatoes. The dosa was good enough to be had on it's own, without any add-ons, but the sambar and the chutney that came along weren't bad either. I was hoping the sambar would be well distinguished from the rasam, and it turned out to be just so. Finally, I had the lassi, which was average. It was neither chilled nor appropriately sweet, but at least it wasn't watery/diluted, it's thickness and texture was the saving grace. To sum up then, Shree Sunders is a more than decent udipi. You get pretty much all you expect, quick service, nice hot South Indian food, and your wallet suffering no burns. Worth a visit...
