This place is truly a hidden gems in fast food. Place is located in lower Parel nearby Phoenix Mall thorough Google maps will get you there since it's in the road side very easy noticable. First I want to say do not judge by this place by appearance or because it's in the road side. Because the roll here you gets are the one of the best rolls I ever had in Mumbai. Here they only serve rolls with a very wide range of options or if you want you can also customise your own roll at very affordable prices also the owner/manager here are totally friendly and very helpful they will help you choosing or explain about it, if you can't decide what to order. Also last thing if you don't like to wait for too long better come here before 6pm because after that it's really get crowded with online delivery and the customers so it might take 10 minutes of waiting but still get our very quickly even though it was very crowded.

⚫ All the Rolls we had where superb and just delicious especially the Thika & Mexican it was hot and spicy 🌶️ the best part of the roll I like is that you get big pieces of chicken in it, unlike other Frankie and Roll where you hardly get chicken pieces I totally love the roll and the flavours where rich you totally the the quality food what you pay for.

🍸 BEVERAGES 🥛 Fresh Lime soda 😋😋❤️ Fresh Mint soda 😋😋❤️ ⚫ After having the those yummy rolls those soda are just perfect for your thirst sweet and acidic and I enjoyed it after the rolls.

Kathi Kabab Roll has been in Lower Parel for more than 10 years now! They have been serving THE BEST ROLLS in town since then! Over the years, restaurants/joints deteriorate on the quality of the food and focus on making money... However Kathi Kabab Roll has always focussed on the quality as well as the quantity, maintaining the hygiene too keep it very economical and not heavy on the pocket! . What we had:

*Chicken Peri Peri Roll: RECOMMENDED: The spicy taste of Peri Peri in the sauce was something I had never tried. It was no doubt spicy but the spice in the sauce and roll was very subtle and pleasing!

**Chicken Burnt Garlic Mayo Roll: MOST RECOMMENDED: The essence of Burnt Garlic in the sauce was so perfect that one cannot get over it. It was smoky and tasty at the same time and was my Personal Favorite!

**Chicken Mango Jalapeno Roll: MOST RECOMMENDED: Mango Flavoured sauce in Chicken Roll was something I could not have even imagined... The sweet taste of Mango mixed with Jalapeno can be tasted in every bite and was mind boggling!

*Chicken Calcutta Roll: A simple roll, with an chicken chunks to clear the pallets for the next ride of sauces! Simple yet delicious!

*Lemon Mint Soda: This was one of the most Refreshing drink I've sipped on to... Lemon and Mint crushed and mixed to make this perfectly fine Mocktail was quite impressive.

*Nutella Crouton Roll: This was a Dessert... Everyone with Sweet Tooth, this is something you all should try! Something very unique yet amazing! Nutella & Croutons mixed and wrapped was an experience I'd never get over! . Their USP is everything is made in the Kitchen, right from the Sauces to the Chicken... And trust me when I say this, their sauces are probably the best ones I've had till date! The Rolls here have ROLLed to my Most Favorite List! Located at Lower Parel close to the station, this place has an apt street ambience with food served on paper plates, no seating available and self service. The food add more to the excitement with saucy, loaded, delicious rolls with a pleasing street style vibe.

The menu has good variety in rolls and a new speciality everyday. The Kathi Rolls are made with parathas and stuffed in saucy fillings, they are too satisfying just to look at.

Mango Jalapeño Chicken Roll, this one specially got my eyes for its unique blend of ingredients. The flavours were well executed, with a beauty in its taste. The sour and sweet tastes were well balanced with the meaty taste of chicken. Definitely worth trying.

Mexican Feista Chicken Roll, a special variety for the day I visited, sauced up with jalapeño cheese sauce and spicy mexican barbecue. Sure stands as Mexican for its hot and spicy taste, with a creamy sweet touch to it.

Chicken Peri Peri Roll, a special from the menu itself, the peri peri sauce layred on top has a delicious spice that will appetize your tastebuds. The filling within is equally spicy and delicious.

Burnt Garlic Roll, this in particular was quiet intresting. The burnt garlic sauce was creamy and flavoured with good amount of garlic, but the sweetness in this did not sit well with me. This sweet burnt garlic flavour then develops onto a hot and spicy taste, which was really exciting to taste.
