JK Jumbo king — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited this outlet and noticed on the menu board a Burger Meal (burger + french fries + Coca Cola). I asked for it at the counter, and the staff told me to wait 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, he called me saying my order was ready, but only the burger was given.

When I reminded him that I had ordered the meal, he casually replied that meal options were not available here, which was never informed to me during billing. On pointing this out, his response was very careless and unprofessional — saying “only this is available, if you want take it, otherwise I’ll refund your money.”

This kind of attitude really spoils the credibility of the shop. To add to this, he did not even provide me with a bill for my order.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service...

I had the vegetarian burger meal which costed 330 rupees total including french fries and cola . French fries are crispy but the cola is not large enough and it was small in the menu and the paper straw was absolutely terrible and not recommended you could taste some small bites of paper when you are gulping from the straw. I have also opted for cheese option and seems it is just enough for the burger but you cannot really enjoy the full portion of cheese on the burger The burger was not bad and I rate it as average I think they also should provide tray option for the people to use rather than just handing over the menu items just as it is. The order was quick though and guess it just took like less than 7...

Very bad service. Crew guy was giving me one word answer just yes, no only. And I was unknown that it’s a vegetarian burger point and they didn’t told me. I order a meal and the patty was over fried and burned. Later he give me in paper bag and I ask for tray, he told me they serve like that and they don’t have any try. And how I’m supposed to eat 🤔 where should I keep my food and eat. Should passenger need to carry their own tray while traveling or what ??? They don’t even have lead for cold drinks cup🤦🤦 , fries very salty 😡😡😡 Guys very worst service please explain customer about your menu once they place their order. My Order of 300 rupees meal...
