Wrapafella Mumbai Domestic — Restaurant in Mumbai

We ordered a breakfast combo with scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, baked beans, toast with butter and jam, coffee and water. The waiting time was ok but when we got our food, there were no baked beans and no jam. They told us they don’t have jam which they could have told us before ordering. The baked beans came when we nearly finished our breakfast already and the baked beans were cold! They just put it from the can in a small plastic bowl for only one of us. The eggs were sooooo salty so that it was unpalatable. At least you had a choice of white or brown bread but toasts and ham were very dry. Even the coffee tasted weird although they had a Lavazza machine. We also tried a wrap which wasn’t good neither unfortunately. The only thing which was good was the water and that the waitress was really kind. For that 1 star. But I don’t recommend to eat there or having a coffee even. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- DANGEROUS Came here to get wraps for breakfast- ordered 3 chicken wraps. My wrap had one piece of completely raw uncooked chicken breast, and since it was in my wrap I didn’t see so was chewing it for a while before realising and I then spat it out in a coffee lid. I went to show the 2 men working there, one of them seemed apologetic but the other man from the kitchen seemed to not believe me and was muttering to the other guy in Hindi that I was lying- he must have thought that I don’t speak the language. How could I have gotten a piece of raw chicken through security? Salmonella and raw chicken is no joke, stuff like that can easily get you hospitalised…DO NOT eat here unless you wish to risk becoming seriously unwell. It was totally worthless, i just came now on 28th of march 24, then i was just asking something to one of the staff (order taker) he had never listen me and he said just wait and he was on calling, like ingnored the customer. It’s okay to take calls but atleast tell the customer that how long they have to wait for food, eventhough, he never listen me, he didn’t want to know what i wanted to order. While i was taking a picture, he has suddenly hanged up and was looking to other staff. I will add one of the pic of your restaurant and of that guy.
