The entire terminal itself sets a high standard, with its modern design and excellent amenities. The terminal matches international standards—or is even manifold better than many international lounges. This creates a fantastic and aesthetically pleasing environment for travelers. With plenty of time before my flight, I had the chance to walk around and take pictures, appreciating the beautiful architecture and clean spaces. While I spent my time exploring, the food court fits perfectly into this world-class setting, offering a clean and pleasant place to sit and dine before a journey. Mumbai Aiport Terminal 2 departure section looks nonetheless than a railway station. There are no ample seats avaible for the passengers while waiting to board a flight from Zone 2. Also, there are no good food outlets unlike Mumbai International Aiport. Extremely mediocre outlets are avaiable and washrooms too are unclean, foul odour. The Vendiman machine installed is faulty too. BETTER passengers are careful to use it.

Since, Terminal 2 was shut for a long time, it was expected to be something matching standards with the international one. However, nothing has been improved as such. Not even the ambience is good.

We recently tried the fried rice from Moti Mahal Delux at T2 Airport, and it was a disappointing experience. The rice was completely uncooked, making it almost inedible. To make matters worse, they only provided one type of sauce, which was excessively spicy and didn’t complement the dish at all.

For the price we paid, the quality and taste were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal at the airport.
