KFC — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very sad service and food. We went to have a late lunch at 4pm so it was not crowded. So we were given cold left overs. Hot and crispy chicken was cold and hurriedly fried so not crispy at all. It was light brown in colour. Tried the roll for the first time and I'm not even sure if they heated the roti because it was chewy and raw in places. The French Fries we're especially bad. Cold and soggy is one thing, i don't know that kind of sub standard oil they us for frying, but it left such a disgusting coating inside my mouth and on my teeth. Thought of washing it down with Pepsi but no. When served I thought they gave me Pepsi which was lying around so made them refill the glass. But it was still flat, no fizzy, just sugar and water. Super disappointed. Don't want to go back in...

I have been a consumer of KFC since ages I came accross with this out which serves cold food man can't belive KFC will do that I don't know it's a franchise or what but here the staff is also rude and they don't like to serve their client man and wen I came back stating my orders cold they denied it stating it's hot and it's supposed to be like that and the packaging for hot and spicy legs is also like crispy chicken ? I think there is no standerd maintained in KFC i believe it's better is shut it down if u can't even serve ur consumer I will suggest look around in the market and see the service standerd what they have maintained and see the service what you have maintained. Buckle up KFC.!!

The place looks good and that's it. The food was very cold and it took ages to arrive. Employees seem friendly but they genuinely lack co-ordination. As I ordered my food I saw another customer complaining about his cold food and they ignored him until he started to get a little agressive out of frustration. The employees are very new to this sort of work and its pretty obvious KFC India should do a better job at looking who they're hiring, also there isn't any parking available. People who parked their vehicle outside the store got it towed. Further I'd like to add that this KFC wasn't always like this, previously the service was good and quick and the food was served hot as well it's fairly recent that the service has degraded at this...
