Love & Latte Sahar — Restaurant in Mumbai

1/10 would NOT RECOMMEND No Value for the money you pay!! First of all, the prices on the menu card and the bill don't match. The prices on the bill were higher (without taxes included). It's a matter of chance that I noticed it and highlighted it to them. They continued to argue with me that it's with taxes until they could not explain then why there were cgst and sgst added as well?! Second of all, while placing the order.. I first tried placing an order for a pasta in pink sauce. I was

told pink sauce is not possible with spaghetti(which I don't understand) ..so I said ok then I tried to order a hummus platter.. two min later the person who was making the bill left and another person came in and she said we don't have pita... quite obviously, I felt a little irritated and asked what was available in veg? she said pasta is possible..to which i quoted the person earlier and she said "no,no, it's possible" I placed the order for the Pink Sauce Spaghetti Pasta (which I had repeated 5 times to make sure it was clear) and yet got served white sauce pasta... AND AGAIN..not surprisingly, they argued this is pink while it was evidently WHITE!

Now either I am color blind or the service staff really needs to pull up their socks! Very bad experience for a cafe that's inside a 5...

Love & Latte, a very well designed cafe located at the ORB, next to J W Marriott Sahar. the cafe is open and very spacious. Started off the evening with Cookie Dough Mint Latte, a perfect hot beverage for a rainy day. loved the mint flavor in the frothy latte enjoyed every sip of it. Ferrero Rocher Milkshake, was a delight to have, every slurp was very heavy in Ferrero. came out as a well blended milkshake. Called for a Chicken Ham and Cheese Wrap, which was served hot and the cheese was oozing from the bread, if you are a fan of anything that has cheese this should be your pick, the ham was cooked well and the pickled jalapeno was the perfect addition, made the wrap complete. Ended the meal with, Red Velvet Waffle, it was the best end that you could ask for, a perfectly made waffle topped with condensed milk and choco chips with crisp wafer and a side scoop of Vanilla ice cream, enjoyed every single bite of it.

The ambiance is perfect for a date or a group hangout, could do it all.

It located in the Orb, beside JW Marriott hotel near T2 terminal... It's a coffee shop inside the five star hotel... Parking space is plenty... It's a open ended means no doors at all... Ambiance is good, very clean...light music is played... As it is café so all snacks items only no full meals menu... Food: I ate chicken roll, I must say it's one of the best so far...so juicy and well stuffed...no extra mayonnaise, very balanced taste (which expected from such café) My wife ate Panini ( veg. ) which was good too... Drinks: Chocolate Explosion (kind of Freak Shake) very well garnished...very very chocolatey... Ocean blue slush is just like typical Gola we get at Chowpatty... Desserts: Brownie waffle was okiesh Attendant: Miss Uma has good knowledge of all the dishes and drinks... Overall...good place to spend time with your better half... Chicken roll & Thundershakes...
