Mad Over Donuts — Restaurant in Mumbai

Pathetic service by MOD , I place an order today at 10.51 pm via zomato app, I knew it was bit late but still tried my luck and placed the order, and my order was confirmed also by zomato as well as MOD hypercity mall malad west outlet, they confirmed the order later after 30 mins I receive a call from zomato stating that my order Is cancelled as outlet is closed, zomato tried reaching the outlet but the did not responded their call, I jus want to know if the outlet was closed than how did my order got confirmed and who confirmed it, and why after 30 mins they are cancelling the same. There is no customer service at all , only big talks these people do. Such an irresponsible...

Visited Inorbit mall(For a movie), With a bookmyshow voucher for MOD(My favorite voucher to have :).

Selected Mumbai City F.C. one(Not a fan of this team) & Divine Crush(Because of Gems). Other 4 were parceled by my friend to take his home.

I found the donuts at this outlet to be smaller than the ones i had at Oberoi. Mumbai City one was kind of okay, But tasted good with the chocolate filling in the center part. Divine crush was absolutely delicious, It's milk chocolate based. One of my friend doesn't like chocolate, But is fan of Milk chocolate. So for such people it should be amazing.

I see doughnuts - i want doughnuts. Came across a M.O.D outlet at Inorbit Mall during my recent visit and instantly decided to grab a bite.

The ambience is very okaish(considering it is part of the food court). The service - good.

I tried their beat the blue berry cheesecake donut which consisted of blue berry cream cheese, white chocolate and biscuit crumbs. The topping were sweet with a slight umami flavours.

Doughnuts are generally crisp on the outside and soft inside and used to melt in the mouth.

This doughnut clearly missed the softness. The quality at M.O.D has drastically gone down.
