Looking for a Lounge with Hookah, Good food and Great music well then, your search is over cause MANNARANGI is the perfect lounge with the perfect combination for you. When you enter the place, you get a vibe of Arabic theme as the interior is based on it. A spacious place with good amount of sitting along with a Dance Floor too. Due To the Covid-19 restriction I was not able to make a visit at the place however the Restaurant was generous enough to deliver the Dishes in hygienic condition to my Place. They provided me with 6 different dishes of which I shall give my review and verdict. BHATTI DA MURG TIKKA The Chicken is well marinated in a marination of hung curd, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, yellow chilly powder salt, ginger, garlic paste and lemon juice and kept over 5 hours so that the chicken flesh absorbs the flavor. Then The Marinated Chicken in cooked over 15 mins in Charcoal grill or Oven until done. On the first bite you can feel the flavor burst in your mouth. The Chicken was juicy and tender as the flesh would easily peel off the bones. A perfect starter dish to start your meal.

MURG KE TIKKE This is a Famous Dish among the North Indians wherein boneless Chicken pieces are Marinated in a Spicy marination of Chilly powder, garam masala, salt, ginger, garlic paste. Then Cooked in a Charcoal oven over 10-15 minutes. The Chicken is Spicy to taste and Juicy too. This dish goes very well with a mint sauce or Chutney. CHICKEN CAFREAL Chicken Cafreal is a Goan-Portuguese dishes which has been a traditional dish of the Goan cuisine over the years. This dish is made of two main parts, first is the chicken cooked in a Minty green marination and deep fried potato fries. The Marination is a mixture of Coriander leaves, Green chillies, Ginger and garlic paste, Ground turmeric, Whole spices like peppercorn, cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds and Poppy seeds. To give the dish a Sourly taste its added with Raw lime juicy. The chicken was well cooked over a pan with less oil. The unique sourly taste of the chicken was noticeable and the chicken was tender enough to enjoy it. The Dish could have been made more dry instead of gravy like, Still I did enjoyed the dish in its own way. OLD DELHI BUTTER CHICKEN Butter Chicken is one of the Oldest and tastiest dish of the Indian Cuisine with different places having their own style of cooking it. Similarly the difference between a Butter chicken and Old Delhi Butter Chicken is mainly because of the Butter used in cooking. This dish was nicely prepared in a Tomato Gravy infused with cashew nut paste giving it a slight tangy taste with a nice soft and tender chicken pieces.

CHICKEN GHEE ROAST Chicken Ghee Roast is a Traditional South Indian dish with the right balance of spices and chilly powder. The chicken is first cooked in Ghee and then the Onion is cooked separately in which grounded spices and chilly powder is added. The entire mixture is then added to the chicken and cooked until the chicken is tender. This is basically a dry dish but at this restaurant I was given a gravy version of this dish. This was something new for me, yet it retained the taste of the Traditional dish. If you are a South Indian Cuisine lover then do, try this dish once.

HYDERABADI MURG BIRYANI Biryani is one of the Most difficult and complicated dish of the Indian Cuisine and Hyderabadi Murg Biryani is a Step over it. . First the Chicken is semi cooked in a Chilly coriander mixture paste and South Indian Spices, which is the added to a earthen pot along with Basmati rice, caramelized Onions and Whole spices. The Pot is then covered with dove and cooked on charcoal grill for a good 2 hours. I received a similar style of biryani with the right amount of spices and rice which gave a mouth water fragrance to the dish. The chicken was infused with the flavors of the spices and tender enough to feel the taste. I would definitely recommend this...

'Mannrangi' encompasses an elegant decor marked by an ethos of Indian culture. The interiors feature histrionic walls which coalesce benevolent, placid hues with voguish yet traditional design elements. The radiant chandeliers and other ethnic accessories add to the elegance of the place. Cited on the 13th floor, it is blessed with an abundance of natural light and a breathtaking display of the city's skyline, essentially making it a paradise for photography. To summarize, the aura of the place epitomizes a splendid comfy vibe and an exquisite ambience with a scrupulous modern day dining priding itself with the ever elegant, diverse flavours of Indian Cuisine.

An important factor that gives them the kind of stature they have in the current culinary arena, is their customer service. The staff is very genial and at all times, exhibit exemplariness thereby making the customer service absolutely unblemished. From a gracious welcome at the reception to a flawless hosting during our dining maneuver, everything was perfect. The staff indubitably made our dining experience memorable. Our table was hosted by Mr. Melwin and Mr. Aashirwad who suggested almost all the dishes we ordered.

The menu is very diverse and focuses on regional Indian cuisines. It is comprehensively detailed with a wide spectrum of exquisite flavours from Lucknow, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Goa, Kerala, Punjab and Maharashtra. They also serve authentic Parsi dishes.

Appetizers Our table was festooned with a plethora of delectable starters, spanning a variety of regional culinary delights that they serve. "JFC-Jama Masjid Fried Chicken Wing" : One of the best selling hors d'oeuvre in the menu. It is served with this really amazing chutney which totally enhances the flavours. "Tawa Mutton Chop" : Another delightful starter owing to it's savouring flavour. The meat glazed with the masala is juicy and extremely flavourful, making it a gastronomic bliss. "Jheenga Koliwada" : It is excellent in terms of flavour and goes well with cocktails or any other drink for that matter. They're moderately spicy and served with onions and mint chutney. It's an irresistibly delicious starter. "Dosa Waffles" : It's a very innovative and inviting dish. These mouth watering waffles, served with two kinds of chutneys are very palatable. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and highly pleasant to taste. "Murgh Banno Kebab" : With a coating of egg, these extremely appetizing kebabs are a piquant treat to the taste buds. The serve it with a side of mint chutney.

We also had "Paneer 65" which tasted heavenly. It has a very authentic South Indian feel to it without any deterioration of any sort. The portion sizes of these appetizers are amazing. They're top notch, in terms of quality and quantity.

Main Course The dishes in the 'Large Plates' section boast a spread of vegetarian and non vegetarian delicacies. "Old Delhi Butter Chicken" : This elegant treat served with butter naan, is not just a dish but a quintessence of authenticity and the characteristic spirit of Old Delhi culture. In terms of taste, it is exquisite. The gravy is grandiose in flavour and consistency, it is a treat to the palates. The pieces of chicken tikka submerged in the luscious gravy are succulent. The quantity is alright, it serves at least two people. "Sali Murgh Boti" : This Parsi meat speciality is a rare ambrosian. It's a meld of piquant and saccharine and served with rotlis. They garnish it with potato straws making it extremely tasty. Once again, the quanity is alright, can serve around two to three people depending on their appetite. "Dum Murgh Biryan"' : Served in bamboo, the biryani is rich in every sense of culinary aspect. It has a mouth watering aroma, a lovely gravy to rice proportion and is loaded with flavours. The quanity is pretty good, good enough for two to...

I would definitely recommend this dish to try for.

The quantity is alright, it serves at least two people. "Sali Murgh Boti" : This Parsi meat speciality is a rare ambrosian. It's a meld of piquant and saccharine and served with rotlis.
