Parsilicious — Restaurant in Mumbai

very unprofessional, does not know how to behave with customers. not worth associating with. Post the owner's reply, I would like to add, I had ordered the food from her, but my father was not satisfied so he complained to her delivery boy who reported her. The owner called me to give justification. I told her I am busy and not interested in hearing as my father is the dissatisfied one so please talk to him and shared his number. Yet instead of calling my father to explain her stand she kept on ringing me dispite my telling her not to call me again and because I cut the call the owner sent very insulting messages in what's app. In what's app also I told her not to distrub me, still the owner kept on messaging so I had to tell her not to harass me or else I will block her, however the owner still insulted me and then blocked me. I wonder why till date the owner never called my father who was the actual grievance giver but choose to insult and alienate an existing regular customer. The unprofessional behaviour of the owner is captured in what's app therefore her giving any threat on disclosure of what's app conversation will fall falt on her , and her threat on going Legal will also backfire on her, and the owner is informed that customers are not threatened by...

I had a bad experience in the name of Parsi.

I went to buy chicken cutlet it was noon my order was taken there was an uncle on counter with black cap who was trying to be sweet but didn't look like Parsi at all.

The chicken cutlet was bought and when I asked for QR code. I was informed that additional 5pct fees would be added. I questioned him in gujarati being Parsi that where did this rule came from. He didn't know the language and then when asked in hindi he replied it is their rule. I told him that government nir bank are charging those charges they why me. He didn't had answer.

I asked him the name of owner and he didn't replied again when asked in gujarati then I ask in hindi to which he pointed out the board.

I just found out that the place is owned by Dilshad karande. I'm not sure how much the Parsi touch exists.

I personally doesn't recommend such places where everything is going on in disguise of Parsi community. The price was much higher then PAC. I bought same cutlet with better rate and taste.

I would never buy anything...

Five Stars for the food + five for the owners and staff who make Parsilicious, a pleasant park for the iniated and non initiated for food made the Parsi way and shared with the Parsis and other communities who want a thumb in every non veg dish that they produce day in and day out.
