I WAS a big fan of your pizza for a longest time until this happened.
You had recently opened a new outlet in Kamala Mills. I was one of the few people who discovered it at the time when you had some 200 reviews only. I felt like i found a hidden gem. I used to order your pizzas on consecutive days. Even on my biggest days, i would celebrate by eating at your place.
Today, I ordered my classic margherita pizza with some extra marinara sauce and was disappointed to the core. The cheese was bad, the crust was not thin crust as I usually order. Quickly, the premium mozzarella option came to my mind mentioned in the choices while ordering online.
Reasons why i hate it -
I thought why would you do this. To cut costs? And deliver a below average pizza with bad regular cheese and chewy crust? Just because you have scaled, i did not expect this level of shallowness from you.
