I've been buying sweets and other delicacies from Saagar sweets for decades . The one reason being its number one quality and freshness , it's always intact. I carry their stuff loaded with freshness all the way to Pune for my mother who doesn't want any stuff from Pune but only from Saagar sweets😀 The owners Rajesh and his brother are extremely wonderful genuine people. Rajesh many a times has gone out of his way to make things comfortable during home delivery. He has been extremely thoughtful n kind . Also a senior person by the name of Mukesh who works there is such a pleasing , loving personality . Goes out of his way to see to the customers comfort whilst purchasing . The reason why i mention their names is because I do not go there just for the sweets and farsan but also because they're warm n welcoming people who make it all the more a reason to visit n shop for...

I am frequenting this shop for over three decades. Initially I used to frequent it twenty -thirty times or more a year. When my daughter was born I had purchased a few kilos of kaju katli from here and everyone had liked it. The number reduced as more new shops came up with better quality. Today I thought of trying some sweet from this shop to celebrate some occasion. I purchased something green wrapped in silver foil, probably pista paan roll. At home when I shared it with guests, I got the worst embarrassment of my life. The roll seemed to be atleast one week stale and the foil seemed to be of aluminium. Be aware of staff members of sagar sweets. They tell you lie and sell the products even if they dont have.

I had bought the banana wafer .we asked one of the staff whther coconut oil banana wafer is available or not. He said

"Ha nariyal tel ka wafer he "

So then we bought. And now when i spoked to owner, as he said they are not selling coconut oil banana wafer. And i tasted it is normal banana wafer. It was not made in coconut oil.

I am very dissapointed. Be alert, not to tell lie to customers just to sell the products. Make sure this doesnt happens for other...
